Abstract
Description
Ausführungsformen, so z.
The invention relates to electrical lines which consist of at least one electrical
Ladder, such as As a wire or a strand, consist, this electrical
Head of a sheath of an electrically non-conductive material, such as
z. B. plastic, is surrounded, according to the features of
Are such electrical lines, of any type (individual line, Pair line, raster line cable or the like) in harsh environmental conditions used, there is a risk that along the line longitudinal water or sets longitudinal humidity. This causes it to move in the direction of a contact member moves, which is usually arranged at the end of the line. In such a contact part may be a single or multi-pole Act plug or a corresponding socket.
The problem of longitudinal watertightness is particularly true of vehicles, because in the contacts penetrating moisture or water there to undesirable Effects, such. B. interruptions or short circuits leads. Are z. B. Sensors, actuators, control devices and the like, which are responsible for the function of Elements inside the vehicle are required via such contacts connected to each other and lies at this contact point due to penetrated If there is a fault, it can lead to unwanted signal measurements, Settings or other controls. In the worst case these effects safety-critical aspects, so that z. B. the controller for the Engine control stops working properly, that is a braking system or a Other safety system (such as the airbag or belt tensioner) complete fails. This is a high risk to the occupants of the vehicle and his Environment given.
The invention is therefore based on the object described at the outset To avoid disadvantages.
According to the invention it is provided that a seal around the insulating jacket of electrical line is arranged around and the seal frictionally with the insulating jacket is connectable, in particular by means of a crimp connection is sealingly connected to the insulating jacket. Another advantage of the invention is the fact that the seal either via a separate crimp part (or several crimp parts, in particular depending on Length of the seal) can be connected to the insulating jacket. In addition, it is possible the seal both by means of a crimping region of the contact part as well as an additional connect further Crimpteiles with the insulating jacket.
The single figure shows (top in the section and below in the plan view) Embodiment of the invention, to which this is not limited.
The
After the insulating
