Description
l'enroulant dans un film plastique étirable, à haute résistance, qui adhère à lui-même et protège l'empaquetage. Enfin ledit empaquetage parvient à la table de sortie 13 où il est ensuite évacué et stocké en attente de sa mise en palette, par exemple.
Claims (11)
- Procédé d'emballage d'objet (1) allongé comprenant les étapes successives suivantes :empaqueter l'objet (1) dans au moins une couche d'un matelas à boudins (4) parallèles remplis d'air et reliés entre eux par les lignes de pliage (5),rapporter à chaque extrémité de l'empaquetage (10) ainsi constitué des embouts en carton (6) dépassant des extrémités de l'empaquetage, l'objet étant ainsi tenu à distance des embouts,envelopper d'un film plastique l'ensemble obtenu en b).
- Procédé d'emballage d'objet allongé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape a) l'objet (1) est disposé perpendiculairement à l'axe des boudins (4), et est empaqueté entièrement dans ledit matelas.
- Procédé d'emballage d'objet allongé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la longueur des boudins (4) est au moins égale au demi-périmètre de la section transversale de l'objet (1) allongé.
- Procédé d'emballage d'objet allongé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape a) l'objet (1) est disposé co-axialement à l'axe des boudins (4).
- Procédé d'emballage d'objet allongé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape b) les embouts sont des pièces de carton (6) plat qui sont pliées puis maintenues en place par cerclage.
- Procédé d'emballage d'objet allongé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape b) les embouts sont des cylindres de carton de diamètre légèrement inférieur à la plus grande dimension de la section de l'empaquetage obtenu à l'étape a).
- Procédé d'emballage d'objet allongé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas où la longueur des boudins est égale ou inférieure à la longueur de l'objet, des sachets gonflables sont placés aux extrémités dudit objet avant la pose des embouts.
- Procédé d'emballage d'objet allongé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape c) le film plastique est un film étirable, appliqué par fardelage.
- Procédé d'emballage d'objet allongé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que dans l'étape c) le film plastique est soudé en une poche, qui est ensuite rétreinte à la chaleur.
- Dispositif permettant la réalisation du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comportant les éléments suivants alignés successivement :une table de préparation (2) munie en partie supérieure de rouleaux transversaux (3), recouverte du matelas à boudins d'air (4), sur lequel est disposé l'objet à emballer (1),éventuellement un appareil de cerclage (11) des embouts en carton pliés,une fardeleuse (12), ou un poste de mise en place du film étirable suivi d'une étuve,une table (13) de sortie et de regroupement des objets emballés.
- Utilisation du procédé selon les revendications 1 à 9 ou du dispositif selon la revendication 10 pour l'emballage de volets roulants, de stores bannes ou de tout autre objet long fragile.
