Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif pour alimenter/doser des comprimés emballés pour l'industrie alimentaire, dont le but est de fournir de manière unitaire la dose appropriée d'additifs solides sous la forme de comprimés dans lesdits emballages, le dispositif comprenant un réservoir (1) pour lesdits comprimés, à l'intérieur duquel est prévue une rampe de retenue (3) qui mène sans discrimination les comprimés (4) à une ouverture (3) communiquant avec le fond (6) du réservoir, dans lequel les comprimés (4) conservent un emplacement sans discrimination mais avec un écoulement laminaire vers au moins un mécanisme extracteur (8), depuis lequel les comprimés (4) ont accès à l'intérieur d'un conduit-réservoir (13), ayant un mécanisme d'éjection (14), au-dessous duquel des comprimés (4) à doser sont situés de manière unitaire et séquentielle, dans lequel, sous le fond en pente (6) du réservoir à comprimés (1), est prévu un vibrateur (7) qui impose une légère vibration pour faciliter le déplacement des comprimés (4) vers le mécanisme extracteur (8),
    caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme extracteur (8) comprend un moteur (9) qui transmet de manière synchrone un mouvement rotatif dans une direction inverse à une paire de lames coplanaires (10) entre lesquelles est défini un passage ayant une largeur convenant à la taille des comprimés (4) pour déterminer ledit passage unitaire et en alignement desdits comprimés.
  2. Dispositif pour alimenter/doser des comprimés emballés pour l'industrie alimentaire, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le conduit-réservoir (13) est constitué par un tube de taille appropriée de telle sorte que les comprimés (40) sont situés dans celui-ci en alignement, ledit conduit-réservoir (13) étant assisté par un capteur (21) qui détecte la présence de comprimés (4) et qui met en service le mécanisme extracteur (8) lorsqu'il n'y a pas de comprimés.
  3. Dispositif pour alimenter/doser des comprimés emballés pour l'industrie alimentaire, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre un mécanisme d'éjection constitué par une paire de cylindres (15) et (16), l'un étant un cylindre de tête et l'autre étant un cylindre de queue, qui fonctionnent alternativement, pour permettre la sortie unitaire des comprimés (4) à travers l'extrémité inférieure du tube qui fait partie du conduit-réservoir (13).
  4. Dispositif pour alimenter/doser des comprimés emballés pour l'industrie alimentaire, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il inclut une paire d'injecteurs à air (19) et (20), un injecteur situé à la portion inférieure du réservoir (1), dans le voisinage de son embouchure de sortie (5), et un autre injecteur au niveau de la zone d'accès vers le conduit-réservoir (13), qui éliminent la poussière éventuelle résultant des comprimés (4) et qui provoquent une surpression pour empêcher que lesdits comprimés soient affectés par des environnements humides.
