- la figure 3 représente l'ensemble de la figure précédente avec le reste de la culasse magnétique ;
- la figure 4 est une vue de dessus du percuteur coopérant avec un ressort de torsion ;
- la figure 5 montre la coopération de l'ensemble mobile avec une joue latérale fixée au boítier de l'appareil électrique ;
- la figure 6 est une vue de dessus de la configuration apparaissant dans la figure précédente, avec les deux joues latérales, et sans la palette magnétique ;
- la figure 7 en est une vue de dessous ;
- la figure 8 montre la pièce sur laquelle on prémonte le ressort ; et
- la figure 9 représente ladite pièce de prémontage fixée aux joues latérales.
Claims (11)
- Sous-ensemble magnétique pour appareil électrique du type disjoncteur, composé d'une bobine inductrice associée à une culasse magnétique et à un ensemble mobile noyau/percuteur mobile en translation à l'encontre d'un ressort, caractérisé en ce que ledit ressort est un ressort de torsion avec une portion centrale spiralée et deux bras d'extrémités se déployant en V en appui contre des butées, le ressort et lesdites butées étant animées d'un mouvement relatif tel que la distance entre les butées et la portion centrale du ressort dans la direction de la translation augmente à mesure de la fermeture de l'entrefer ménagé entre le noyau et la culasse.
- Sous-ensemble magnétique selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de torsion présente une symétrie par rapport à l'axe du déplacement de l'ensemble mobile.
- Sous-ensemble magnétique selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble mobile se déplace par coulissement et est guidé dans au moins une glissière fixe par rapport au boítier.
- Sous-ensemble magnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble mobile est constitué d'une palette magnétique et d'un percuteur superposés.
- Sous-ensemble magnétique selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le coulissement de l'ensemble mobile palette magnétique/percuteur est réalisé par guidage dudit ensemble dans des glissières pratiquées symétriquement dans des joues latérales disposées fixes dans le boítier de part et d'autre du sous-ensemble magnétique.
- Sous-ensemble magnétique selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que chaque glissière est constituée d'une paroi parallèle à l'axe de déplacement dudit ensemble mobile, de part et d'autre de laquelle coulissent respectivement des pattes dépassant latéralement du percuteur et une face de la palette magnétique orientée en regard desdites pattes.
- Sous-ensemble magnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la palette est de forme trapézoïdale coopérant avec un entrefer de la culasse également de forme trapézoïdale.
- Sous-ensemble magnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les butées du ressort sont constituées de pattes procurant chacune un logement à section en C à une partie d'un bras d'extrémité du ressort, ladite section en C étant entendue perpendiculairement au sens du déplacement de l'ensemble mobile.
- Sous-ensemble magnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la portion spiralée du ressort est entraínée par l'ensemble mobile, et les butées du ressort sont fixes par rapport au boítier de l'appareil.
- Sous-ensemble magnétique selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la portion centrale du ressort est enroulée autour de la partie sommitale d'un fût constituant une protubérance du percuteur traversant et dépassant d'un orifice pratiqué dans la palette magnétique, une portion dudit percuteur doté d'une surface de percussion orientée perpendiculairement au déplacement se dressant devant le chant frontal de ladite palette.
- Sous-ensemble magnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le ressort est fixé au boítier de l'appareil, et les butées du ressort sont solidaires de l'ensemble mobile.
