Abstract
Description
A la différence du dispositif de l'art antérieur, le dispositif de déclenchement magnétique 5 selon l'invention, tel qu'illustré sur les figures 2 à 5, ne comporte pas de carcasse pour canaliser le champ magnétique. Cette fonction est réalisée par la corne d'arc 13 elle-même solidaire du contact fixe laquelle, lorsque la bobine 11 génère un champ magnétique, est traversée par le flux magnétique correspondant et canalise donc ce flux. Selon la réalisation décrite sur les figures 2 à 5, le dispositif ne comporte plus de noyau fixe, d'où il résulte que le seuil magnétique est indépendant de l'entrefer entre noyau fixe et noyau mobile contrairement à ce qui était le cas dans l'art antérieur. Ainsi, l'expression « exclusivement un noyau mobile » doit être interprétée comme signifiant que le dispositif ne comporte pas de noyau fixe. Dans cette réalisation, le ressort 10 est interposé entre une partie du fourreau 7 et le noyau mobile 8. La tige 9 est solidaire du noyau mobile 8.
Le fonctionnement du dispositif est le même que celui du dispositif de l'art antérieur et ne sera donc pas décrit de nouveau, à ceci près d'une part, que le noyau mobile 8 n'est plus attiré par le noyau fixe 6, l'effort magnétique généré par la bobine 11 étant suffisant pour déplacer le contact mobile 8. Le pouvoir de coupure est limité à 10 kA.
Au contraire, l'invention comprend tous les équivalents techniques des moyens décrits ainsi que leurs combinaisons si celles-ci sont effectuées suivant son esprit.
Claims (4)
- Dispositif de déclenchement magnétique, en particulier pour un appareil de protection électrique tel un disjoncteur, apte à entraíner un déclenchement du mécanisme d'ouverture des contacts fixe et mobile de l'appareil lors d'une élévation brusque du courant suite par exemple à un court-circuit, comprenant au moins un noyau dit noyau mobile associé à une tige, l'ensemble étant monté coulissant à l'intérieur d'un fourreau, une bobine traversée par le courant à surveiller et apte à générer, lorsque ce courant dépasse un certain seuil, un champs magnétique susceptible d'engendrer le déplacement du noyau mobile et de la tige entre une position de repos et une position dans laquelle une extrémité formant percuteur de la tige commande le déclenchement du mécanisme précité, un moyen pour canaliser le champ magnétique généré par la bobine et une corne d'arc reliée électriquement à l'un des contacts et apte à guider l'arc pendant la coupure en direction de la chambre d'extinction d'arc,
caractérisé en ce que le moyen pour canaliser le champs magnétique est constitué par la corne d'arc (13) précitée, ladite corne (13) étant reliée électriquement au contact d'arc fixe et comprenant une corne d'arc continue s'étendant parallèlement à l'axe de le bobine, ladite corne étant agencée de manière que le flux magnétique généré par la bobine (11) partant du noyau mobile (8) traverse successivement le contact fixe (1) de l'appareil et la corne d'arc (13) avant de rejoindre le noyau mobile (8), et en ce qu'il comporte exclusivement un noyau mobile. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tige précitée (9) est solidaire du noyau mobile (8).
- Appareil de protection électrique comportant un dispositif de déclenchement magnétique selon la revendication 1 ou 2.
- Disjoncteur comportant un dispositif de déclenchement magnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3.
