Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Stauchkräuseln eines multifilen Fadens. Hierbei wird der aus einer Vielzahl von Filamenten gebildete Faden mittels eines Förderfluids pneumatisch in eine Stauchkammer gefördert und zu einem Fadenstopfen aufgestaucht, wobei das Förderfluid durch Öffnungen aus der Stauchkammer austritt und abgesaugt wird. Um die Fadenstopfenbildung maßgeblich durch den Absaugstrom beeinflussen zu können, wird erfindungsgemäß die Unterdruckquelle durch einen Injektor gebildet, welcher über einen Druckanschluss mit einer Druckquelle und über einen in Strömungsrichtung vorgehaltenen Sauganschluss mit der Absaugleitung verbunden ist. Dadurch wird der Absaugstrom des Förderfluids durch einen Druckluftstrom erzeugt, wobei der Druckluftstrom und der Absaugstrom gemeinsam als ein gemeinsamer Blasstrom abgeführt werden.
