Claims (3)
- Véhicule, notamment véhicule ferroviaire, ayant un siège de conducteur et une zone de déformation, dans lequel il y a une zone indéformable, qui forme un espace de survie pour le conducteur, caractérisé en ce que le siège du conducteur est fixé en tout ou partie à l'extérieur de l'espace de survie à un élément de structure, qui n'est assemblé directement qu'au plancher et/ou à une paroi ou plusieurs parois de la zone indéformable et non à la zone de déformation et en ce que la zone de déformation est disposée devant, à côté et/ou sous l'élément de structure.
- Véhicule suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le pupitre du conducteur est fixé aussi à l'élément de structure.
- Véhicule suivant l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi anti-choc est disposée sur l'élément de structure devant le siège du conducteur en étant à distance de ce siège.
