Description

The invention relates to the technical sector of pool filtration systems.

Des exemples de ce type de bloc de filtration ressortent de l'enseignement des brevets FR 97.01642 , FR 98.03790 , FR 99.12856 .More particularly, the invention relates to a device for connecting pipes between two compartments of a group of water filtration of a swimming pool. These blocks comprise, in a known manner, a compartment called "filtration" and a compartment called "pumping". The filtration compartment is intended to be immersed in the pool pond water. This compartment receives one or more filtration means of any known and appropriate type. The pumping compartment is located outside the pool basin, usually in a buried way, and has one or more pumps capable of ensuring the suction of water and its discharge, as indicated in the following section. description. The pumping and filtration compartments are connected by a common part, generally arranged overlapping, the walls of the pool of the pool, regardless of its embodiment. At this level, the entire filter block has the shape, very substantially, of an inverted U-shaped jumper. Examples of this type of filter block come from the teaching of patents FR 97.01642 , FR 98.03790 , FR 99.12856 .

Essentially, the filtration means, regardless of its embodiment, is connected, by pipe elements, to the pump (s) installed in the pumping compartment. More particularly, these piping elements are connected to the suction port of the pump. Other piping elements are connected to the discharge port of the pump for discharging the filtered water in the pool of the pool by means for example of nozzles located on a portion of the filtration compartment.

Of course, the suction and discharge pipe assemblies are made from several elements connected by elbows or the like, to ensure the connection between the filtration compartment and the suction compartment. For reasons of ease of assembly and cost reduction, these pipe elements are of round section and are advantageously PVC, in accordance with standard elements of the type commonly existing commercially. In particular, the use of this type of round section pipe elements, reduces costs and allows for different types of connection.

Given the need to provide a water circulation circuit between the filtration compartment and the pumping compartment, the suction and discharge pipes are also present at the common connection portion between the two compartments. Generally, at this level, the suction and discharge pipes are arranged side by side in a horizontal plane.

As a result, these pipes, of round section, represent a certain height, so that the common part of connection appears in elevation of the edge of the basin of the pool. It is obviously the same filter compartments and pumping.

In other words, the entire filter block, according to the prior art, must overflow a sufficient height to allow the passage of the suction and discharge pipes. This height of elevation is not always very aesthetic and can harm the integration of the whole of the filtration unit, at the level of the borders and the beaches surrounding the whole basin.

The object of the invention is to remedy these disadvantages in a simple, safe, effective and rational manner.

The problem to be solved by the invention is to reduce as far as possible the height of the connection part between the filtration and pumping compartments, so that the whole of the filter group or block hardly appears in overflowing beaches for example, while aiming not to increase production costs, that is to say always keeping the possibility of using, for the most part, the realization of the suction circuits and delivery of round section pipe elements of the type commonly used in the trade.

This problem is particularly problematic for a connection device for piping between two compartments of a pool water filtration group, as defined in the document FR 2,799,485 . This group comprises a compartment immersed in water and equipped with at least one filtration means and a compartment located outside the basin and equipped with at least one suction pump and discharge. Said compartments are connected by a common part arranged overlapping the walls of the basin. The one or more filtration means and the pump or pumps are connected in combination with the suction and discharge pipe elements, which have a portion on the side of the filtration compartment and a portion on the filter side. pumping compartment. Said connecting device comprises two separate pipes arranged, in the mounted state, between the two compartments at the common connecting part and between the suction and discharge pipe sections, and comprises four end pieces and four section sleeves. round. Each pipe has at each of its ends a sealing connection sleeve with one of said end pieces, said end pieces being directly integral with said round section sleeves which are able to be connected by tight fitting, with the suction and delivery pipes, positioned in filtration and pumping compartments.

In order to solve the problem of reducing the height of the common connecting part between the filtration and pumping compartments, a connection device for the pipes according to the features of claim 1 has been designed.

To solve the problem posed to facilitate the assembly and connection of all suction and discharge pipes, with the aim of not increasing costs, the module is an independent element reported and fixed, a in a sealed manner, on the common connection part, between the two compartments.

Advantageously, the module has a cross-sectional profile capable of cooperating with a complementary profile acting as a support cradle formed in the thickness of the common connection part.

In a particular particular embodiment of the entire filtration unit, the module and the two compartments are joined by a common connecting frame receiving closure covers of each of said compartments.

Recall, in a manner perfectly known to a person skilled in the art, that this type of block or filtration group essentially comprises a compartment (A) immersed in water, known as the "compartment of filtration "and a compartment (B), located outside the pool basin, commonly known as the" pumping compartment ". The two compartments (A) and (B) are united by a part common connection (C) to form a unitary assembly. The pumping compartment (B) is generally intended to be buried in the ground.

The filtration compartment (A) comprises, in a perfectly known manner, one or more filtration means (F) capable of presenting different embodiments. The pumping compartment (B) receives one or more pumps (P) adapted to allow the suction of water from the pool of the pool, after having subjected it to the action of the filter or filters ( F), and to discharge the water thus filtered in the pool of the pool, by means, for example, of a discharge nozzle (R).

The suction and discharge circuit of the pool water, in combination with the filtering means (F) and the pumping means (P), is effected essentially by means of a suction pipe (1). ), connected to the suction port of the pump (P) and a discharge pipe (2) connected to the discharge port of said pump (P). The pipes (1) and (2) are, as a whole, made from round section elements, of the type commonly sold commercially and whose diameter is determined as a function of flow.

According to the invention, the problem to be solved by the invention, as indicated, is to reduce, as much as possible, the height of the common connection part (C) between the compartments (A) and (B), underlining that, generally, this common connection part (C) has directly or in a reported manner, arrangements (3) able to separate, in a sealed manner, the two compartments (A) and (B), in particular to avoid any risk of overflowing water, filling the filtration compartment, in the pumping compartment. Such arrangements are well known to those skilled in the art, as they emerge for example from the teaching of the aforementioned patents.

Given this configuration, it therefore appears that the suction pipe (1) and discharge (2) are formed as two parts or sets (1a, 1b) and (2a, 2b). The portion (1a) of the suction pipe, is located on the side of the filtration compartment, while the portion (1b) is located on the side of the pumping compartment. Similarly, the portion (2a) of the discharge pipe is located on the side of the filtration compartment, while the portion (2b) is located on the side of the pumping compartment.

It is therefore necessary to ensure the coupling of the two parts (1a) and (1b), on the one hand, and (2a) and (2b), on the other hand, at the level of the arrangements (3), and that in a minimum of height, as indicated.

Selon l'invention, le dispositif de raccordement des parties des canalisations d'aspiration (1a, 1b) et de refoulement (2a, 2b) présente des agencements d'accouplement d'épaisseur inférieure au diamètre des différents éléments des tuyauteries (1) et (2).According to the invention, the device for connecting the parts of the suction (1a, 1b) and discharge (2a, 2b) ducts has coupling arrangements of a thickness less than the diameter of the various elements of the pipes (1) and (2).

The connecting device of the invention, designated as a whole by (4), comprises a flat cross section module, thin (e) smaller than the diameter (d) of the constituent elements of the pipes (1) and (2). . This module is hollow and defines, in section, at least one, but preferably two internal and separate pipes (4a) and (4b). The pipes (4a) and (4b) have on both sides of the module body (4) arrangements (4c) and (4d) of sealed connection with end caps of flat section (5). The end pieces (5) are made integral, in a sealed manner, by any known and appropriate means, parts (1a) and (1b) of the suction pipe and parts (2a) and (2b) of the piping of repression.

The arrangements (4c) and (4d) of the module (4) consist of sleeves of flat section, in particular rectangular, in communication with the pipes (4a) and (4b), and able to allow the fitting of the end pieces (5). ) complementary sections.

Avantageusement et selon l'invention, les embouts de section méplate (5), sont rendus solidaires directement ou d'une manière rapportée, de manchons de section ronde (5a) aptes à être raccordés, par emmanchement étanche, avec les parties correspondantes des tuyauteries (1a, 1b) et (2a, 2b) (figure 1).Advantageously and according to the invention, the ends of flat section (5), are made integral directly or in a reported manner, of round section sleeves (5a) adapted to be connected, by tight fitting, with the corresponding parts of the pipes (1a, 1b) and (2a, 2b) ( figure 1 ).

The module (4) constitutes an independent element reported and fixed, in a sealed manner, at the common connection portion (C) between the two compartments (A) and (B). More particularly, the module (4) has a sectional profile capable of cooperating with a complementary profile (3a) acting as a support cradle formed in the thickness of a sealed partition (3). For example, this fixing is effected by means of screws (6) in combination with a seal (7) mounted in the bottom of the support cradle (3a).

It should be noted that, in a particular embodiment of the filtration unit, the module (4) and the two compartments (A) and (B) are connected by a common connecting frame, not shown, receiving shutter covers of each of said compartments.

Given the low height of the connection module (4) and the corresponding end pieces (5), it is possible to limit as much as possible the height of the common connection part (C), so that the entire filtration unit , having installed it overlapping and resting on the corresponding rim of the pool, overflows by a reduced height and, at the very least, less than that generally allowed in connection with the use of round-section piping at the level of the common part of liaison.

Of course, the connecting sleeves (4c) and the corresponding end pieces (5) are suitably dimensioned according to the desired flow rate. As an indication, if piping elements with a diameter of 75 mm are used, the connecting sleeves (4c) and (4d) and the end pieces (5) can have a thickness of substantially 25 mm, observing that this thickness can be further reduced subject to increasing the width to obtain an equivalent section considering the flow.

Les avantages ressortent bien de la description. The advantages are apparent from the description.
