Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Pflanzenfilzen ab Schrotten, bei dem:- die Schrotte gewonnen werden, indem der Holzteil von der Faser getrennt wird,- die Schrotte zermahlen werden, um eine gemahlene holzige Masse zu bilden.- die gemahlene holzige Masse in einem flüssigen Medium gemischt wird,- die gemischte gemahlene holzige Masse einer Mikrowellen-Wärmebehandlung ausgesetzt wird,- die gemischte gemahlene holzige Masse formgegossen wird, um einen Filz zu bilden,- der erhaltene Filz getrocknet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schrotte zermahlen werden, um eine gemahlene holzige Masse, gegebenenfalls mit weiteren landwirtschaftlichen Cellulose- und/oder Holzcellulose-Nebenprodukten, zu bilden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, beim dem die Schrotte Flachsschrotte sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, beim dem die Cellulose-Nebenprodukten Rübenpulpen sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem die gemahlene holzige Masse in einem wässerigen Medium gemischt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem die Mischung kalt erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die Mischung manuell erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei dem die Mischung mechanisch erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Fasern warm formgegossen werden.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei dem die Fasern nach dem Formgiessen gepresst werden.
- Produkt erhalten nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10.
- Verwendung des mittels des Verfahrens nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 erhaltenen Produkts in der Wärme- und/oder Schallisolierung.
- Verwendung des mittels des Verfahrens nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 erhaltenen Produkts in der Verpackung.
- Verwendung des mittels des Verfahrens nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 erhaltenen Produkts im Gartenbau.
