Claims (13)

  1. A dosing apparatus (14), in particular a dispenser for liquid soap, spray soap, foam soap, cream or disinfectant, having a multipart casing (1) comprised of:
    a) a wall fastening (11),
    b) a casing base body (16) with
    c) a projecting discharge cover (2) for containing and covering
    - a removable reservoir (18) as one-way or refillable bottle and
    - a pump (4), removable for exchange or cleaning, which is operated by
    - a pumping lever (3), wherein
    - the removable pump (4) is placed above the reservoir (18),
    characterised in that
    d) the discharge cover (2) is formed to swivel away from the casing base body (16).
  2. A dosing apparatus (14) according to claim 1, characterised in that guiding means (9b) are provided for the discharge cover (2) predefining the swivel path of the discharge cover (2).
  3. A dosing apparatus (14) according to any of claims 1 or 2, characterised by a releasing knob (10) fixing the discharge cover (2) in using position, that is when the discharging cover (2) is swivelled away from the casing base body (16) for refilling and/or cleaning.

  7. A dosing apparatus (14) according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised by a lock and/or a unlocking mechanism, which prevents unauthorised swivelling of the discharge cover (2).
  8. A dosing apparatus (14) according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised by an additional closure cover having a lock, which prevents unauthorised swivelling of the discharge cover (2).
  9. A dosing apparatus (14) according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterised by means for a front-sided removal of the pump (4) while the discharge cover (2) is swivelled.
  10. A dosing apparatus (14) according to any of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the pump (4) is formed to swivel away together with the discharge cover (2).
  11. A dosing apparatus (14) according to any of claims 1 to 8 or 10, characterised in that the discharge cover (2) and a pump cylinder (5) of the pump (4) are made up of one part.
  12. A dosing apparatus (14) according to any of claims 1 to 11, characterised by means simultaneously fixing the pump (4) by the discharge cover (2) as soon as the discharge cover (2) is in using position, that is when the discharge cover (2) is swivelled away from the casing base body (16) for refilling and/or cleaning.
  13. A dosing apparatus (14) according to any of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the casing base body (16) is formed u-shaped and is mountable to a wall by the wall fastening (11).
