Abstract

- un organe élastique (5) maintenant normalement l'organe de verrouillage (4) en position de verrouillage, et
- un organe (12) de commande du pivotement de l'organe de verrouillage (4) vers sa position de déverrouillage.
Description
- un organe de verrouillage pivotant, monté sur l'embase, cet organe étant pivotant entre une position de verrouillage de la poignée, dans laquelle il vient en prise avec la branche d'actionnement de la poignée ou avec ledit ensemble de transmission, et une position de déverrouillage de la poignée, dans laquelle il n'est pas en prise avec cette poignée ou cet ensemble ;
- un organe élastique maintenant normalement l'organe de verrouillage en position de verrouillage, et
- un organe de commande du pivotement de l'organe de verrouillage vers sa position de déverrouillage.
- cet organe de manoeuvre est mobile entre une position de coopération avec ladite branche d'actionnement et une position de non coopération avec cette branche, et comprend un moyen d'arrêt permettant à l'organe de verrouillage de le maintenir, avant le premier actionnement du mécanisme, en position de non coopération ;
- l'ensemble de transmission comprend un organe élastique tendant à amener ledit organe de manoeuvre de sa position de non coopération à sa position de coopération puis à maintenir cet organe de manoeuvre dans cette position de coopération.
Claims (9)
- Mécanisme (1) d'ouverture/fermeture de portière de véhicule automobile, comprenant une poignée (2) montée pivotante sur une embase (3) autour d'un axe sensiblement parallèle au plan de la portière et sensiblement perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal de la poignée (2), cette poignée (2) comprenant une branche d'actionnement (16) agissant sur un ensemble de transmission (6) qui permet de réaliser le déverrouillage de la portière ;
mécanisme (1) caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :un organe de verrouillage pivotant (4), monté sur l'embase (3), cet organe de verrouillage (4) étant pivotant entre une position de verrouillage de la poignée (2), dans laquelle il vient en prise avec la branche d'actionnement (16) de la poignée (2) ou avec ledit ensemble de transmission (6), et une position de déverrouillage de la poignée (2), dans laquelle il n'est pas en prise avec cette poignée (2) ou cet ensemble (6) ;un organe élastique (5) maintenant normalement l'organe de verrouillage (4) en position de verrouillage, etun organe (12) de commande du pivotement de l'organe de verrouillage (4) vers sa position de déverrouillage. - Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (4) vient en prise avec la branche d'actionnement (16) de la poignée (2) et en ce que la poignée (2) comprend des zones de prise (41) avec lesquelles l'organe de verrouillage (4) vient coopérer en position de verrouillage.
- Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les zones de prise sont des cavités (41) aménagées dans la branche d'actionnement (16).
- Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (4) vient en prise avec un organe de manoeuvre (30) que comprend l'ensemble de transmission (6), et en ce que :cet organe de manoeuvre (30) est mobile entre une position de coopération avec ladite branche d'actionnement (16) et une position de non coopération avec cette branche (16), et comprend un moyen d'arrêt (38) permettant à l'organe de verrouillage (4) de le maintenir, avant le premier actionnement du mécanisme (1), en position de non coopération ;l'ensemble de transmission (6) comprend un organe élastique (31) tendant à amener ledit organe de manoeuvre (30) de sa position de non coopération à sa position de coopération puis à maintenir cet organe de manoeuvre (30) dans cette position de coopération.
- Mécanisme (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de verrouillage (4) présente une forme symétrique par rapport à son plan médian.
- Mécanisme (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande (12) est situé sur la poignée (2).
- Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande (12) est positionné de manière à être en regard du pouce de l'utilisateur lorsque que ce dernier saisit la poignée (2).
- Mécanisme (1) selon la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une transmission (14) entre l'organe de commande (12) et l'organe de verrouillage (4) incluant un doigt (23) coulissant au travers de la branche d'actionnement (16) que comprend la poignée (2).
- Mécanisme (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande est constitué par un bouton (12) pouvant être pressé pour actionner l'organe de verrouillage (4).
