Claims (12)

  1. Ensemble coulissant permettant l'installation dudit ensemble coulissant sur une porte coulissante (100) d'un placard comportant des rails supérieur et inférieur (101, 111) pour recevoir ladite porte coulissante, et permettant l'installation de ladite porte et dudit ensemble coulissant dans les rails (101, 111) dudit placard permettant à l'ensemble coulissant fixé à ladite porte (100) de coulisser à l'intérieur, dans lequel ledit ensemble coulissant comporte deux profilés en métal (103) pouvant être montés sur chaque paroi latérale de ladite porte coulissante, chacun desdits profilés (103) comportant :
    - un rail (112) ;
    - un galet de guidage (110) prévu pour rouler le long du rail inférieur (111) dudit placard ;
    - une barre de guidage prévue pour coulisser le long du rail supérieur (101), la barre de guidage pouvant être fixée au rail supérieur (101) par des moyens de pression,
    - une première barre coulissante (108) fixée au galet de guidage (110) pour coulisser le long de la partie inférieure du rail (112) ;
    - une seconde barre coulissante (102) fixée à la barre de guidage pour coulisser le long de la partie supérieure du rail (112) ;
    - une butée d'arrêt (104) avec un boulon (105), ladite butée d'arrêt (104) étant logée dans le rail (112) du profilé (103) et fixée à celui-ci par ledit boulon (105) pour contraindre le mouvement de déplacement de ladite première barre coulissante (108) dans le rail (112) ;
    - un mécanisme de réglage (106) monté sur le dessus de la première barre coulissante (108) ; et
    - un moyen élastique (107) prévu pour raccorder au moins la première barre coulissante (108) au profilé (103), ledit moyen élastique (107) permettant de maintenir la tension entre ledit profilé (103) et ladite première barre coulissante (108), en étant raccordé au bord du profilé au niveau d'une extrémité et à la barre coulissante au niveau de l'autre extrémité,
    dans lequel les éléments suivants : le galet, la barre coulissante, la barre de guidage, le moyen élastique, le mécanisme de réglage et la butée d'arrêt sont situés dans le rail (112) du profilé (103).
  2. Ensemble coulissant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moyen élastique (107) comporte des moyens d'accrochage à une extrémité permettant de le raccorder à la barre coulissante, et dans lequel l'autre extrémité dudit moyen élastique est raccordée au bord du rail profilé.
  3. Ensemble coulissant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens élastiques (107) sont raccordés à la première barre coulissante (108) et au profilé (103) en utilisant un moyen de fixation.
  4. Ensemble coulissant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moyen élastique (107) est raccordé à la première barre coulissante en utilisant un moyen de fixation au niveau d'un bord et est raccordé au profilé par des moyens d'accrochage au niveau du bord opposé.
  5. Ensemble coulissant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le moyen élastique (107) comprend un ressort hélicoïdal.
  6. Ensemble coulissant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la barre de guidage du bord supérieur est conçue pour s'ajuster dans le rail supérieur, permettant de fixer la barre de guidage au rail en appliquant une pression en position verticale et en déconnectant la barre de guidage une fois pivotée de 45 degrés par rapport au rail.
  7. Ensemble coulissant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le galet de guidage (110) comporte une goupille dans sa partie inférieure, ladite goupille étant prévue pour le montage d'un disque de roulement sur celle-ci,
  8. Ensemble coulissant selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le galet de guidage (110) comporte en outre une bande en caoutchouc montée au-dessus du disque de roulement, ladite bande étant prévue pour nettoyer la gorge du disque de roulement.
  9. Ensemble coulissant selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le disque de roulement du galet de guidage (110) présente en outre une gorge interne.
  10. Ensemble coulissant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la barre de guidage comporte de petites goupilles dans la partie supérieure du côté de la barre de guidage, lesdites goupilles étant prévues pour maintenir la barre de guidage dans la partie supérieure du rail pendant l'assemblage.
  11. Ensemble coulissant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le galet de guidage (110) comporte en outre des moyens de réglage en partie supérieure.
  12. Ensemble coulissant selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit mécanisme de réglage est un boulon (803) monté en partie supérieure de la première barre coulissante (108).
