A handling device according to any one of claims 8 to 10, characterized in that said control means comprise a stop valve (6) arranged in a conduit (5) connecting the source of heavy gas (4) and the cavity (2) of the box, and a control element (7) of the valve which is mechanically blocked in the above-mentioned stop state when the aforementioned closure means (3) are in the open position and which blocks mechanically the shutter means (3) in the closed position when it is in the released state.
