Claims (12)
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture, constitués par deux branches (1, 2), chacune avec une lame (4, 6) et une poignée (5, 7), branches qui sont articulées l'une à l'autre par un axe (3), ces ciseaux étant munis d'un dispositif d'ouverture (8) à ressort, agissant dans le sens de l'écartement des deux lames (4, 6), caractérisés en ce que le dispositif d'ouverture (8) à ressort est constitué par un organe allongé (9), élastiquement déformable, qui par une première extrémité (10) est rattaché à l'axe d'articulation (3) des deux branches (1, 2), cette première extrémité (10) étant aussi liée en rotation à l'une des branches (1), tandis que l'extrémité opposée (11), libre, dudit organe allongé (9) élastiquement déformable est prévue pour venir en appui contre l'autre (2) des deux branches des ciseaux.
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture selon la revendication 1, caractérisés en ce que la première extrémité de l'organe allongé (9), élastiquement déformable, est constituée par un élément tel que capuchon ou tête de rivet (10), prenant place sur l'axe d'articulation (3) des deux branches (1, 2) ou constituant un élément de cet axe (3).
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture selon la revendication 2, caractérisés en ce que l'élément (10), tel que capuchon ou tête de rivet, auquel se rattache à l'organe allongé (9), est prolongé par un embout (17) tubulaire, introduit au travers d'un rivet métallique creux (16) réunissant les deux branches (1, 2) des ciseaux au point d'articulation (3), des moyens (18, 19 ; 20) étant prévus pour verrouiller l'embout tubulaire (17), donc aussi l'élément (10) tel que capuchon ou tête de rivet.
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture selon la revendication 3, caractérisés en ce que les moyens prévus pour verrouiller l'embout tubulaire (17) sont constitués par un enjoliveur (18) mis en place du côté opposé à l'élément (10), l'enjoliveur (18) étant muni d'un tenon central (19) engagé et retenu dans l'embout tubulaire (17).
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture selon la revendication 3, caractérisés en ce que les moyens prévus pour verrouiller l'embout tubulaire (17) sont constitués par une rondelle élastique crantée (20), montée avec serrage autour de l'embout tubulaire (17), et appuyée contre une extrémité du rivet métallique creux (16).
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisés en ce que la liaison en rotation, entre la première extrémité (10) de l'organe allongé élastiquement déformable (9) et l'une des branches (1) des ciseaux, est réalisée en prévoyant dans cette branche (1), au voisinage de l'axe d'articulation (3), une zone évidée (12) laissant le passage audit organe allongé (9), le profil de cette zone évidée (12) étant adapté à la section de l'organe allongé (9).
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture selon la revendication 6, caractérisés en ce que, dans la mesure où la poignée (5) de la branche (1) se prolonge jusqu'à l'axe (3), la zone évidée (12) est creusée dans cette poignée (5), et peut être obtenue directement par moulage avec ladite poignée (5).
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisés en ce que l'autre extrémité, libre, de l'organe allongé (9) élastiquement déformable, est conformée en tête élargie (11), de forme arrondie, prévue pour prendre appui, avec possibilité de glissement, sur une partie (13) de l'autre branche (2) des ciseaux.
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisés en ce que l'extrémité libre (11) de l'organe allongé (9), élastiquement déformable, prend appui de façon permanente sur un épaulement formé sur l'une des branches (2) des ciseaux, notamment dans la région de cette branche (2) située entre sa poignée (7) et l'axe d'articulation (3).
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisés en ce qu'il est prévu, sur l'une des branches (2) des ciseaux, pour l'appui de l'extrémité libre (11) de l'organe allongé (9) élastiquement déformable, un élément (13) monté mobile entre deux positions, respectivement une position déployée active pour laquelle l'extrémité libre (11) de l'organe allongé (9) prend effectivement appui sur une partie de cet élément mobile (13), et une position escamotée inactive pour laquelle l'extrémité libre (11) de l'organe allongé (9) ne peut venir en appui sur cet élément mobile (13).
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture selon la revendication 10, caractérisés en ce que ledit élément mobile est une came (13) montée pivotante sur l'une des branches (2) des ciseaux, autour d'un axe (14) parallèle à l'axe d'articulation (3) des deux branches (1,2), entre une première position angulaire qui est sa position déployée active, pour laquelle cette came (13) coopère avec l'extrémité libre (11) de l'organe allongé (9) élastiquement déformable, et une seconde position angulaire qui est sa position escamotée inactive.
- Ciseaux à ressort d'ouverture selon la revendication 11, caractérisés en ce que la came pivotante (13) est réalisée en forme de flèche ou de curseur, de préférence avec une couleur distincte de celle des poignées (5, 7).
