Claims (46)
- Emballage comportant une feuille de carton recouverte extérieurement d'un vernis (3) comportant au moins un additif visant à réduire la dégradation de l'emballage sous l'effet de la lumière.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la feuille de carton comporte des fibres de conifères.
- Emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la feuille de carton comporte plus de 70 %, mieux plus de 80 % en masse de fibres de conifères.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'additif absorbe dans une large proportion le rayonnement lumineux de longueur d'onde comprise entre 290 et 460 nm.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la feuille de carton comporte un revêtement de surface (2).
- Emballage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le revêtement de surface (2) est blanc.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications 5 et 6, caractérisé par le fait que le revêtement de surface contient au moins un azurant optique.

- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la feuille présente un grammage supérieur ou égal à 100 g/m2, mieux supérieur ou égal à 190 g/m2, notamment supérieur ou égal à 200 g/m2.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'épaisseur de vernis (3) est comprise entre 2 et 20 µm.
- Emballage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'épaisseur de vernis (3) est comprise entre 3 et 12 µm.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'additif est dans une proportion massique comprise entre 0,5 et 10 % dans le vernis (3).
- Emballage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que l'additif est dans une proportion massique comprise entre 3 et 6 % dans le vernis.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'additif est un composé absorbeur d'UV.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé par le fait que l'additif est un composé capteur de radicaux libres.
- Emballage selon la revendication 22, caractérisé par le fait que l'additif est une amine à empêchement stérique ou une amine HALS.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le vernis (3) est un vernis réticulable sous l'action d'un rayonnement UV.
- Emballage selon la revendication 25, caractérisé par le fait que le vernis comporte au moins deux absorbeurs d'ultraviolets dont les spectres d'absorption sont choisis de manière à ménager une plage de longueurs d'onde où l'absorption est moindre.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le vernis comporte un colorant violet.
- Emballage selon la revendication 26, caractérisé par le fait que la vallée formée entre les pics d'absorption est sensiblement centrée sur 310-330 nm.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 24, caractérisé par le fait que le vernis est à base de solvant aqueux.
- Emballage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le vernis est un vernis acrylique.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la feuille de carton est du type SBS.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la feuille est recouverte par environ 3 à 10 g/m2 de vernis (3) avant séchage.
- Emballage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la feuille de carton est recouverte par environ 6 g/m2 de vernis.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le vernis (3) recouvre une impression (4) sur la feuille.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 33, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte une impression (4) sur le vernis (3).
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la feuille de carton comporte une base (1) comportant des fibres de cellulose, notamment provenant de l'Aspen.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la feuille de carton comporte de la lignine.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 35, caractérisé par le fait que le grammage de la feuille est inférieur ou égal à 320 g/m2.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage comportant une feuille de carton, dans lequel on applique sur la feuille un vernis (3) contenant au moins un additif visant à réduire la dégradation de la feuille sous l'effet de la lumière.
- Procédé selon la revendication 39, caractérisé par le fait que l'additif est un composé absorbeur d'UV et/ou capteur de radicaux libres.
- Procédé selon l'une des deux revendications immédiatement précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le vernis (3) est appliqué par offset, par héliographie, par flexographie ou par sérigraphie.
- Procédé selon la revendication 39 ou 40, caractérisé par le fait que l'on imprime la feuille préalablement à l'application du vernis (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 39 ou 40, caractérisé par le fait que l'on imprime la feuille postérieurement à l'application du vernis (3).
- Procédé selon la revendication 39, caractérisé par le fait que le vernis réticulable sous l'effet d'un rayonnement ultraviolet et comporte au moins deux absorbeurs de rayons ultraviolets choisis de manière à avoir des spectres d'absorption suffisamment décalés pour ménager entre eux une plage de longueurs d'onde où l'absorption est moindre et par le fait qu'on utilise une source émettant dans cette place pour provoquer la réticulation du vernis.
- Procédé selon la revendication 39, caractérisé par le fait que les pics d'absorption des deux additifs sont décalés de plus de 40 nm et ménagent entre eux une vallée dont le creux correspond à une absorption (Amin) inférieure de plus de 30 % à l'absorption maximale (Amax) définie par l'un des pics.
- Feuille de carton servant à réaliser un emballage tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 38.
