Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour générer un champ lumineux à l'aide d'une lampe chirurgicale comprenant des sources lumineuses (1a à 1g ; 6a à 6e ; 12a à 12c), des moyens étant prévus pour éteindre ou régler l'intensité lumineuse de la part de lumière émergeant de la surface de sortie de lumière, caractérisé en ce que seule la part de lumière émergeant centralement de la surface de sortie de lumière est éteinte ou réglée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la lampe chirurgicale comprend un système lumineux dissocié avec des sources lumineuses ou des modules lumineux individuel(le)s activables séparément les un(e)s des autres.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les sources lumineuses sont formées de DEL.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des lentilles pour élargir et/ou homogénéiser la lumière des DEL.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un réglage d'intensité lumineuse électrique ou électronique.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un réglage d'intensité lumineuse mécanique.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un capteur pour la détection d'obstacles.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un dispositif pour réguler l'intensité des sources lumineuses centrales ou modules lumineux centraux en fonction des signaux saisis par le capteur.
