Claims (14)

  1. Papierbehälter (60) von polyedrischer, vorzugsweise hexaedrischer Konfiguration der durch Formen von Papier zu einer Schachtel gebildet wird, wobei der Papierbehälter (60) aufweist:
    ein Körperteil (80) mit Seitenplatten (80A),
    ein Bodenflächenteil (81) zum Verschließen der Öffnung am unteren Ende des Körperteils (80) und ein Deckenteil (82) zum Verschließen der oberen Öffnung des Körperteils (80),
    wobei von dem Bodenflächenteil (81) oder dem Deckenteil (82) mindestens eines durch Überlappen und Zusammenkleben mindestens einer inneren Lasche (83, 86), einer mittleren Lasche (84, 87) und einer äußeren Lasche (85, 88) gebildet wird, die von der entsprechenden Endseite jeder Seitenplatte (80A) ausgehen und die Öffnung am oberen und/oder unteren Ende des Körperteils (80) in dieser Reihenfolge umgeben,
    wobei die mittlere Lasche (84, 87) an einem Teil davon mit mindestens einem ausgestanzten lochähnlichen Ausschnittteil (84B, 87B) versehen ist und die äußere Lasche (85, 88) durch das ausgestanzte lochähnliche Ausschnittteil (84B, 87B) hindurch mit der inneren Lasche (83, 86) verklebt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die mittlere Lasche (84) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Lasche mit einem Ausschnittteil (84A) und an der Innenseite der mittleren Lasche (84) mit mehreren ausgestanzten lochähnlichen Ausschnittteilen (84B) versehen ist,
    Klebstoffe in Form von mehreren Streifen von Klebstoffen A und C aufgebracht werden, wobei der Klebstoffstreifen A auf die Außenfläche der mittleren Lasche (84) und die Außenfläche der inneren Lasche (83) an einer Unterseite des Ausschnittteils (84A) der mittleren Lasche (84) aufgebracht wird,
    der Klebstoffstreifen C auf die Außenfläche der mittleren Lasche (84) und die Außenfläche der inneren Lasche (83) an einer Unterseite des lochähnlichen Ausschnittteils (84B) aufgebracht wird, so daß die innere Lasche (83), die mittlere Lasche (84) und die äußere Lasche (85) durch einen einzigen Klebstoffauftragvorgang miteinander verklebt werden.
  2. Papierbehälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei die innere Lasche (83, 86) in einem Bereich, der mindestens einem der ausgestanzten lochähnlichen Ausschnittteile (84B, 87B) entspricht, mit mindestens einem Vorsprung (83A, 86A) versehen ist.
  3. Papierbehälter (60) nach Anspruch 2, wobei sich der Vorsprung (83A, 86A) durch das Ausschnittteil (84A, 84B, 87A, 87B) der mittleren Lasche (84, 87) erstreckt.
  4. Papierbehälter (60) nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, wobei die Oberfläche der mittleren Lasche (84, 87) und der Vorsprung (83A, 86A) im wesentlichen von gleicher Höhe sind.
  5. Papierbehälter (60) nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 2-4, wobei der Vorsprung (83A, 86A) durch eine Prägebehandlung geformt wird.
  6. Papierbehälter (60) nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei in das Körperteil (80) ein schachtelförmiges Element (64) eingesetzt und mit dem Bodenflächenteil (81) verklebt wird.
  7. Papierbehälter (60) nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Bereich der inneren Lasche (86), der dem Ausschnittteil (87A) der mittleren Lasche (87) entspricht, mit mindestens einem weiteren Ausschnittteil (86A) versehen ist.
  8. Papierbehälter (60) nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das schachtelförmige Element (64) durch die zwei Ausschnittteile (86A, 87A) der inneren Lasche (86) und der mittleren Lasche (87) hindurch mit der äußeren Lasche (88) des Bodenflächenteils (81) verklebt wird.
  9. Papierbehälter (10) nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Körperteil (80) aufweist:
    einen Behälterhauptkörper (12) und ein Deckelelement (14), das gelenkig an einem rückseitigen Kantenteil einer offenen Fläche (13) am oberen Ende des Behälterhauptkörpers (12) befestigt und so angepaßt ist, daß es die offene Fläche (13) am oberen Ende öffnet/verschließt,
    eine vordere Platte (15) des Behälterhauptkörpers (12), die mit einem konkaven Ausschnittteil (16) geformt ist, das von der offenen Fläche (13) am oberen Ende ausgeht, und
    wobei das Deckelelement (14) ein Deckelteil (17) für die obere Fläche zum Abdecken der offenen Fläche (13) am oberen Ende, ein Deckelteil (18) für eine vordere Fläche, das groß genug ist, um das konkave Ausschnittteil (16) abzudecken, und ein Paar seitliche Deckelteile (19) aufweist, die zwischen seitlichen Kantenteilen des Deckelteils (17) für die obere Fläche und seitlichen Kantenteilen des Deckelteils (18) für die vordere Fläche eingefügt und so angepaßt sind, daß sie das Deckelteil (18) für die vordere Fläche vertikal mit dem Deckelteil (17) für die obere Fläche verbinden.
  10. Papierbehälter (10) nach Anspruch 9, wobei das schachtelförmige Element (21) an einer Innenseite des Behälterhauptkörpers (12) montiert ist und das konkave Ausschnittteil (16) in einer vorderen Platte (22) des schachtelförmigen Elements (21) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Behälterhauptkörper (12) und das Deckelelement (14) durch Schneiden und Teilen der hexaedrischen Papierschachtel (29) entlang einer Trennführungslinie (34, 35) geformt werden, die von gegenüberliegenden Enden einer Verbindungsknicklinie (32) zwischen einer oberen Platte (30) und einer hinteren Platte (31) der Papierschachtel (29) ausgeht, und
    wobei sich die Trennführungslinie (34, 35) von den gegenüberliegenden Enden der Verbindungsknicklinie (32) entlang eines seitlichen Plattenpaars (36) schräg nach unten und entlang der vorderen Platte (37) unterhalb des in der vorderen Platte (22) des schachtelförmigen Elements (21) ausgebildeten konkaven Ausschnittteils (16) erstreckt.
  11. Papierbehälter (10) nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei unterhalb des konkaven Ausschnittteils (16) ein Verriegelungsteil (26) angeordnet und so angepaßt ist, daß es ein Teil am unteren Ende des Deckelteils (18) des Deckelelements (14) für die vordere Fläche verriegelt.
  12. Papierbehälter (10) nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, der einen ölhaltigen Inhalt speichert, wie z. B. ein Reinigungsmittel oder Nahrungsmittel, wobei das Papier (41) aus einem Papiergrundmaterial (45), einer bedruckten Schicht (46), die eine Außenfläche des Papiergrundmaterials (45) bedeckt, einer äußeren farbigen Schicht (47) die eine Außenfläche der bedruckten Schicht (46) bedeckt, und einer inneren Schicht (44) hergestellt wird, die eine Innenfläche des Papiergrundmaterials (45) bedeckt.
  13. Papierbehälter (10) nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, der ein verpacktes Reinigungsmittel speichert.
  14. Papierbehälter (10) nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 9-13, der ein schichtartiges Reinigungsmittel (79) speichert, das zusammen mit einer wasserlöslichen Schicht (49A) verpackt und in Schichten gestapelt ist, und
    wobei der Papierbehälter (10) ein schachtelförmiges Element (64) aufweist, das in den Behälterhauptkörper (61) entlang seiner Innenfläche eingesetzt ist, wobei eine Innenfläche des Deckelelements (62) in geschlossener Stellung das schachtelförmige Element (64) überlagert, und wobei der Behälterhauptkörper (61), das schachtelförmige Element (64) und das Deckelelement (62) aus feuchtebeständigem Material bestehen.
