Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pièces coulées en fonte à graphite sphéroïdale de grande précision géométrique et dimensionnelle et à caractéristiques mécaniques améliorées, à partir de:
la composition pondérale suivante: 3 à 4 % de C; 1,7 à 3 % de Si; 0,1 à 0,7 % de Mn; 0 à 4 % de Ni; 0 à 1,5% de Cu; 0 à 0,5% de Mo, avec une teneur en Mg résiduel adaptée à l'épaisseur des pièces comprise entre 0,025 % et 0,080%, le reste étant du fer et des impuretés résultant de l'élaboration,
coulé à l'état liquide à une température comprise entre 1350°C et 1550°C;
et caractérisé en ce que l'ébauche de la pièce obtenue par moulage possède un volume sensiblement identique à celui de la pièce et que l'opération de mise en forme par déformation plastique à chaud est une opération de calibrage en conteneurs ou en matrices fermées permettant d'obtenir la pièce moulée calibrée sans bavure latérale.The invention relates to a method for manufacturing spheroidal cast iron castings of high geometric and dimensional accuracy and with improved mechanical characteristics, from:
