Abstract

Der Sammler (1) für die flüssige Phase des Arbeitsmediums einer Klimaanlage hat einen in einem Stück geformten, für den maximalen Betriebsdruck einer CO2-Klimaanlage geeigneten Sammlerbehälter (3), dessen massive obere Abschlusswand (28) und verdickter Bodenbereich (29) einerseits für die dichte Verspannung von Kupplungsblöcken (33,34) des Hochdruckrohrsystems der Klimaanlage und anderseits für den Anschluss einer Vorrichtung zur Notentleerung aufgrund einer Airbag-Auslösung ausgeführt sind. Für eine verbesserte Abtrennung der flüssigen Phase und ihres Ölanteils im Kühlbetrieb der Klimaanlage erfolgt in konstruktiv einfacher Weise die Durchströmung des oberen Bereichs (10) des Sammlerbehälters (3) zyklonartig ausgehend von einem Zuströmkanal (18), dessen Ausströmrichtung tangential zur Innenfläche (17) des Sammlerbehälters (3) gerichtet ist, während die Abströmung aus dem Sammlerbehälter (3) über ein zentral im Sammlerbehälter (3) angeordnetes Endstück (9) eines Leitrohrsystems (6) erfolgt. Ausserdem ist der Sammler (1) für den Heizbetrieb der Klimaanlage geeignet.
