Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung für die Änderung der Körperlage und/oder den Transport einer behinderten Person, insbesondere für die Patientenpflege zu Hause, die im Wesentlichen aus einem rollenden vertikalen Träger- und Kippgestell (A) und aus einem horizontalen Auflagesatz (B) besteht, wobei das rollende vertikale Träger- und Kippgestell (A) aus einer vertikalen, auf zwei Rädern (2) befestigten Trägerstruktur (1) und aus einer vorderen Stützvorrichtung (4) für die Beine, einer höhenverstellbaren Kopfstütze (5) und einem Bruststützanschlag (6) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das rollende vertikale Träger- und Kippgestell (A) ferner eine Gelenkvorrichtung (7) des horizontalen Trägersatzes (B) zum Einzug auf dem rollenden vertikalen Träger- und Kippgestell (A) in die Nicht-Benutzungsstellung der Vorrichtung umfasst, und dadurch, dass der horizontale Auflagesatz (B) aus einem Rahmen (8) besteht, der auf der vertikalen Trägerstruktur (1) des rollenden vertikalen Träger- und Kippgestells (A) angelenkt ist und sich hinter den Bruststützanschlag (6) erstreckt, aus einer Sitzfläche (9), die zumindest teilweise demontier- oder schwenkbar um das Gestell (8) hinter dem Bruststützanschlag (6) befestigt ist, aus einem Betätigungsmittel (10) zur Änderung der Körperlage, das auf den Rahmen (8) auf der der Sitzfläche (9) gegenüber liegenden Seite befestigt ist, und aus einer Rückenlehne mit Schnappvorrichtung (11), die auf dem Rahmen (8) auf seiner dem Betätigungsmittel (10) zur Änderung der Körperlage gegenüber liegenden Ende befestigt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Kippschutzanschlag (3) auf der vertikalen Trägerstruktur (1) auf Ebene der Achse der Räder (2) befestigt ist, die mit einer über ein Pedal (12) betätigbaren Umkehrsperre ausgestattet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die höhenverstellbare Kopfstütze (5) auf der vertikalen Trägerstruktur (1) mit einem Teleskoprohr (5') befestigt ist, das in der vertikalen Trägerstruktur (1) gleitet und mit einer Rändelkopfschraube oder ähnlichem in Position fixierbar ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verstellbare Kopfstütze (5) zwei Seitenelemente (5") aufweist, die Gesichtsstützen ausbilden und mit einem Mittelelement verbunden sind, das auf dem Teleskoprohr (5') mit elastisch verformbaren Verbindungen befestigt ist, die eine ergonomische Anpassung ermöglichen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkvorrichtung (7) des Patiententrägersatzes (B) aus einer Muffe, einem U-Profil oder ähnlichem besteht, die sich senkrecht in Bezug zur vertikalen Achse der vertikalen Trägerstruktur (1) erstreckt, wobei diese Muffe ein Befestigungslager für eine Gelenkachse (8') des Rahmens (8) ausbildet und an demselbigen befestigt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkachse (8') des Rahmens (8) mit diesem Rahmen (8) anhand eines Zwischenrahmens (8") befestigt ist, der in diesem Rahmen (8) eingefügt ist und ferner parallel zur Gelenkachse (8') mit einem Versteifungsprofil (8''') und einem Positionierungs- und Feststellmittel (15) ausgestattet ist, das aus automatischen Rastriegeln besteht, die beim Öffnen unabhängig oder mit einem gemeinsamen Betätigungshebel betätigbar sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzfläche (9) auf dem Rahmen (8) anhand von Ösen (9') in Riemenform, mit beweglichen Stanzplatten oder beweglichen Biegerohren oder ähnlichem montiert ist, wobei diese Ösen (9') über zumindest eine Seite des Rahmens (8) mit einem Haltemittel (9") wie ein Haken oder ähnliches zusammenarbeiten.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzfläche (9) an ihrem hinteren Rand mit einer Aussparung (9''') versehen ist, die den Zugang auf ein WC-Becken ermöglicht.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsmittel (10) zur Änderung der Körperlage auf dem Rahmen (8) auf der der Sitzfläche (9) gegenüber liegenden Seite schwenkbar montiert und in Form eines (U)-Rahmens ausgebildet ist, der am entsprechenden Ende des Rahmens (8) über eine Achse (10') angelenkt ist und in Bezug auf diesen Rahmen (8) anhand von Feststellschrauben mit Rändelkopf (16) in Betriebsstellung gehalten wird.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsmittel (10) zur Änderung der Körperlage mit Einsteckvorrichtungen auf dem Rahmen (8) befestigt ist, die am Ende seiner Arme vorgesehen sind und mit entsprechenden Vorrichtungen zusammenarbeiten, die auf dem Rahmen (8) angeordnet sind, wobei das Halten des Mittels (10) in Betriebsstellung in Bezug zum Rahmen (8) mit Feststellschrauben mit Rändelkopf oder ähnlichem gewährleistet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung zwischen dem Betätigungsmittel (10) zur Änderung der Körperlage und dem Rahmen (8) durch einfaches Verbolzen oder Verschrauben der Enden des Mittels (10) auf dem Rahmen (8) durchgeführt wird.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückenlehne mit Schnappvorrichtung (11) aus zwei identischen Elementen besteht, die in Bezug auf eine Mittelebene der Vorrichtung symmetrisch und jeweils mit einem Hebel (11') verbunden sind, der vertikal schwenkbar um eine Achse angelenkt ist, die auf einer Seite des Rahmenendes (8) gegenüber dem Betätigungsmittel (10) zur Änderung der Körperlage vorgesehen ist, wobei das vertikale Schwenken für jeden Hebel in Betriebsstellung und in geschwenkter Freigabestellung durch Anschläge, die auf der Schwenkachse vorgesehen sind und/oder mit einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung, die die freien Enden der Elemente in Betriebsstellung verbindet, begrenzt wird.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (8) des Patiententrägersatzes (B), der auf der vertikalen Trägerstruktur (1) des rollenden vertikalen Träger- und Kippgestells (A) angelenkt ist, ferner mit ausziehbaren Stützen (17) in Form von Füßen ausgestattet ist, die am Ende dieses Rahmens (8) in unmittelbarer Nähe des Gelenks der Rückenlehne mit Schnappvorrichtung (11) angelenkt sind, wobei diese Stützen (17) jeweils mit einer Hebelstange (18) zusammenarbeiten, die an einem Ende auf der Stütze (17) angelenkt ist und an ihrem anderen Ende einen Führungszapfen aufweist, der in einem Führungsschuh (19) gleitet, der sich am Unterteil des Rahmens (8) entlang erstreckt, wobei dieser Führungszapfen in Betriebsstellung oder in Faltstellung der Stützen (17) am Rahmen (8) entlang mit einer Sperrvorrichtung (20) in der Bauart von Nocken blockierbar ist, die den Riegel durch Verformen ihrer Führung in Position hält.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwischen der vertikalen Trägerstruktur (1) mit der Muffe (7) für die Schwenkachse (8') des Rahmens (8) und der Schwenkachse (10') des Betätigungsmittels (10) zur Änderung der Körperlage mit einer Plattform (21) ausgestattet ist, die gleichzeitig Tisch und Auflageelement für die Unterarme bildet.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vertikale Trägerstruktur (1) mit einem zusätzlichen hinteren Kippschutzmittel (22) ausgestattet ist, das im Wesentlichen aus zwei Hebeln (22') besteht, die auf dieser Struktur (1) an einem ihrer Enden befestigt sind und an ihrem anderen Ende auf einem Bodenstützträger (22").
