einer Gruppe und/oder mehreren Gruppen wenigstens eine Ventileinrichtung zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Ventileinrichtung wenigstens ein Ventil aus einer Gruppe von Ventilen aufweist, welche Zweiwegeventile, Dreiwege- und/oder Mehrwegeventile, elektronische Ventile, mechanische Ventile, pneumatische Ventile, Magnetventile, Kugelventile, Kombinationen hieraus und dergleichen aufweist. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Ventileinrichtung zum Ableiten des hydraulischen Fluids in der Drucksteuerungseinrichtung der Druckeinrichtung integriert ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Ventileinrichtung in Fliesrichtung des Fluids in der Hydraulikleitung nach der Drucksteuerungseinrichtung und vor der Druckeinrichtung des Pressschuhes angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der hydraulische Durchmesser der Ableitung und/oder der Ventileinrichtung größer ist als der hydraulische Durchmesser der Hydraulikleitung der Fluidzuführung zur Druckeinrichtung des Pressschuhs. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Ventileinrichtung mit einem vorgegebenen Abstand, bevorzugt möglichst nahe im Strömungspfad des hydraulischen Fluids zur Druckeinrichtung des Pressschuhs angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das hydrauJische Fluid mit einer Pumpe aus dem Hydrauliksystem der Druckeinrichtung abgeführt wird. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Ventileinrichtung mittels wenigstens einer elektronischen Steuereinrichtung in Abhängigkeit verschiedener Steuergrößen gesteuert und/oder geregelt wird. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Steuergrößen aus einer Gruppe von Signalen ausgewählt wird, welche mechanische, elektronische, manuelle und/oder automatische Schalter wie z.b. Notschalter zum Abheben der Presse, Notausschalter der Presse und/oder der Papiermaschine, Schwingungssensoren an der Presse und/oder der Papiermaschine, Positionssensoren wie z.b. die Positionssensoren der Filze, Drucksensoren wie z.b. für den Mantelinnendruck, optische Sensoren, Bahnsensoren wie z.b. Randpaddels nach den Randspritzem, Kombinationen hieraus und dergleichen aufweist. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
mittels einer Steuereinrichtung auch Ventileinrichtungen mehrerer Pressen, insbesondere Schuhpressen nach einem vorgegebenen Algorithmus angesteuert werden. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
mehrere Steuereinrichtungen mittels wenigstens einer übergeordneten Steuereinrichtung, insbesondere mit einer Mastersteuerung gesteuert werden. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass,
die Steuereinrichtungen über ein BUS-System, insbesondere über ein Ring-BUS-System verbunden sind. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Trennung und/oder Entlastung des Pressschuhs von der Gegenwalze in einer vorgegebene Zeit zwischen 0,001 s und 120 s, bevorzugt zwischen 0,01 s und 60 s und besonders bevorzugt zwischen 0,1 s und 20 s und insbesondere unter 10 s erfolgt. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Restdruck der Druckeinrichtung nach der Trennung des Pressschuhs von der Gegenwalze zwischen 0 bar und 100 bar, bevorzugt zwischen 0 bar und 10 bar und besonders bevorzugt zwischen 0 bar und 1 bar liegt. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Pressschuh neben einer hydraulischen Druckeinrichtung, wenigstens eine mechanische, insbesondere eine auf federkraftbasierende Rückstelleinrichtung aufweist. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Pressschuh mehrgliedrig ist. - Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass,
der Pressschuh eingliedrig ist. - Verfahren zum Steuern einer Presse, insbesondere einer Schuhpresse zum Behandeln einer Materialbahn mit den Schritten:Signalerzeugung zum Steuern der Presse;Steuerung wenigstens einer Ventileinrichtung, welche im Hydrauliksystem der Presseneinrichtung, insbesondere der Druckeinrichtung angeordnet ist;Ableiten von wenigstens einem Teil des Hydraulikfluids aus dem Hydrauliksystem der Presse über eine AbleitungEntlasten und/oder Abheben der Presseneinrichtung von der Gegenwalze in einem vorgegebenen Zeitintervall.
- Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Signalerzeugung manuell oder mittels eines Sensors oder einer Vielzahl von Sensoren, welche über eine Steuereinrichtung verbunden sind, erfolgt. - Verfahren gemäß wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 25 und 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Entlastung und/oder das Abheben der Presseneinrichtung mittels einer Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24 erfolgt. - Verwendung einer Vorrichtung gemäß wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 24 in einer Papiermaschine, insbesondere in einer Pressenpartie der Papiermaschine zum Abheben und/oder Entlasten wenigstens einer Presseneinrichtung, insbesondere während kritischer Produktionszuständen an der Papiermaschine.
