Description
- Un bouton poussoir (1), qui se déplace le long de son axe lorsque le disjoncteur se déclenche et qui permet de réarmer le disjoncteur par enfoncement,

- Une borne d'alimentation (3) et une borne de distribution (4),
- Deux contacts disjoncteurs (5),
- Un bilame principal (6) dont la déformation par effet thermique déclenche le disjoncteur,
- Un circuit électronique (14),
- Un actionneur (15) apte à déclencher le disjoncteur,
Le circuit électronique (14) scrutant le signal électrique circulant entre la borne d'alimentation (3) et la borne de distribution (4), afin d'envoyer un ordre de déclenchement à l'actionneur (15) lorsque des situations particulières prédéfinies sont identifiées,
- la figure 1 représente un disjoncteur selon l'invention en position enclenché;
- la figure 2 représente un disjoncteur selon l'invention en position déclenché après déformation thermique d'un bilame principal ;
- la figure 3 représente un disjoncteur selon l'invention en positon déclenché après l'utilisation d'un actionneur;

Claims (7)
- Disjoncteur embarqué comprenantUn bouton poussoir (1), qui se déplace le long de son axe lorsque le disjoncteur se déclenche et qui permet de réarmer le disjoncteur par enfoncement,Une clef de centrage (2),Une borne d'alimentation (3) et une borne de distribution (4),Deux contacts disjoncteurs (5),Un bilame principal (6) dont la déformation par effet thermique déclenche le disjoncteur,Un circuit électronique (14),Un actionneur (15) apte à déclencher le disjoncteur,
caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend également une pièce mobile d'autorisation de réarmement (18) munie d'un téton (19) et en ce que, lorsque le disjoncteur déclenche suite à un ordre envoyé par le circuit électronique (14) à l'actionneur (15), la pièce d'autorisation de réarmement (18) se déplace de telle sorte que le réarmement du disjoncteur ne soit possible qu'en enfonçant la pièce d'autorisation avant l'enfoncement du bouton poussoir (1) ou simultanément avec celui-ci. - Disjoncteur embarqué selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le téton (19) traverse la clef de centrage (2) lorsque le disjoncteur est en position déclenché suite à un ordre envoyé par le circuit électronique (14) à l'actionneur (15).
- Disjoncteur embarqué selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'actionneur comporte un noyau mobile (17) munie d'une tige solidaire d'une rondelle (22) de plus grand diamètre que la tige, la tige et la rondelle (22) coopérant avec un évidemment (21) prévu dans la pièce d'autorisation de réarmement (18).
- Disjoncteur embarqué selon l'une des revendication précédentes, caractérisé en ce en ce qu'il comprend des contacts auxiliaires (12) indiquant trois états différents selon l'état du disjoncteur.
- Disjoncteur embarqué selon l'une des revendications précédente, caractérisé en ce le bouton poussoir (1) est transparent et en ce que le disjoncteur comporte des moyens de communication aptes à transmettre des information au travers du bouton poussoir.
- Disjoncteur embarqué selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce les moyens de communication comprennent une diode électroluminescente.
- Disjoncteur embarqué selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la diode électroluminescente émet dans l'infrarouge.
