Claims (10)
- Biegemaschine zum Biegen von Strängen, insbesondere von rohrförmigen Strängen, bestehend aus einer Stranghaltevorrichtung (2) und aus einem in Richtung der Mittelachse (3) des ungebogenen Stranges auf einem Maschinenbett (1) verschiebbaren Biegeständer (4), wobei der Biegeständer mit einer um die Mittelachse (3) um 360° drehbar gelagerten Tragscheibe (5) für einen Biegekopf (6) versehen ist und die Tragscheibe (5) einen Radialschlitz (13) aufweist sowie aus Antriebsaggregaten für die Verschiebung des Biegeständers (4), für die Verdrehung der Tragscheibe (5) und für das Biegen mit dem Biegekopf (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsaggregate (9-11) für die Verschiebung des Biegeständers (4), für die Verdrehung der Tragscheibe (5) und für das Biegen am Maschinenbett (1) stationär angeordnet und dass entlang eines Verschiebeweges (8) des Biegeständers (4) am Maschinenbett (1) Profilwellen (15, 16) zur Uebertragung der Antriebsbewegung von den stationären Antriebsaggregaten (10, 11) auf den Biegeständer (4) vorgesehen sind.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsaggregate (9-11) ausserhalb eines vorbestimmten Verschiebeweges (8) des Biegeständes (4) an einem Ende des Maschinenbettes (1) befestigt sind.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsaggregate (10,11) als Elektromotoren ausgebildet sind, die ihre Antriebskraft über die Profilwellen (15,16) auf Zahnräder (17, 18) und Transmissionen wie Zahnriemen (20,21) , Ketten etc. auf die Tragscheibe (5) und auf den Biegekopf (6) übertragen.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilwellen (15,16) am Maschinenbett gelagert und die Zahnräder (17, 18) zusammen mit dem Biegeständer (4) entlang der Profilwellen (15, 16) verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die auf den Profilwellen (15,16) gleitenden Zahnräder (17,18) mit Zahnräder einer am Biegeständer angeordneten Transmission (20,21) im Eingriff sind und die Transmission die Antriebsbewegung auf eine Antriebsscheibe (19) und von dieser über Zahnräder (22,23) auf die Tragscheibe (5) und den Biegekopf (6) übertragbar ist.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Zahnkranz (28) die Antriebsbewegung auf ein in den Zahnkranz (28) eingreifendes Zahnrad (35) und über ein Kegelradgetriebe (25) auf eine Antriebsachse (26) für die Biegeoperation überträgt.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsachse (26) ein Zahnrad (32) trägt, das mit einer am Biegearm (27) angeordneten Zahnstange (39) im Eingriff steht und eine Abstützschiene (29) vor der Biegearmverschwenkung durch eine Linearbewegung zum Strang hin führt.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsachse (26) eine Kurvenscheibe (31) trägt, die mit einem linearbeweglichen Abtaster (38) in Kontakt steht und der eine Linearbewegung auf eine Gleitschiene (33) überträgt.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Verschwenkbewegung des Biegearmes (27) bei Erreichen der Abstützposition der Abstützschiene (29) am Strang selbsttätig einleitbar ist.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 3-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Wahl der Untersetzung der Motordrehzahl durch die Zahnräder (17, 18) und der Transmission (20, 21) sowie von dieser auf die Antriebscheibe (19) die im Biegeprozess massgebenden Bewegungstoleranzen optimierbar sind.
