- Motor vehicle lock, in particular for a boot lid or a rear hatch of a motor vehicle,
with a lock latch (6) designed in particular as a rotary latch, and a pawl (10) keeping the lock latch (6) in a main locking position and optionally in a pre-locking position,
wherein an actuating surface (13) is provided on the pawl (10) or on a blocking lever, which is coupled to the pawl (10) and transmits movements to the pawl (10), at a distance from an engagement point with the lock latch (6),

in that, when the drive (14) is started up to raise the pawl (10) out of the main locking position, the second driver lug (18) first of all comes into engagement with the opening control surface (19) and only then does the first driver lug (16) come into engagement with the actuating surface (13), and
in that the effective step-down ratio is greater with respect to the second driver lug (18) than with respect to the first driver lug (16). - Motor vehicle lock according to Claim 1, characterized in that the pawl (10) or the blocking lever is arranged spatially overlapping the driving element (15), and in that the first driver lug (16) is arranged on the driving element (15) further outwards radially than the second driver lug (18).
- Motor vehicle lock according to Claim 2, characterized in that the opening control surface (19) lies further away from the engagement point with the lock latch (6) than the stop surface (17), and in particular the stop surface (17) is arranged in the vicinity of a lower reversal point of the first driver lug (16).
- Motor vehicle lock according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second driver lug (18) starts from a point in the vicinity of the centre point of the driving element (15).
- Motor vehicle lock according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second driver lug (18) is designed as a control slot in the shape of a screw curve.
- Motor vehicle lock according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that both driver lugs (16; 18) lie on one side of the driving element (15), in particular in a plane with respect to the pawl (10) or the blocking lever.
- Motor vehicle lock according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first driver lug (16) comes into engagement with the actuating surface (13) only after the raising of the pawl (10) by the second driver lug (18) is finished.
