Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Behandeln einer Papierbahn, bei dem man die Papierbahn übertrocknet, rückbefeuchtet und durch einen Kalander führt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Papierbahn nach dem Übertrocknen in einem übertrockneten Zustand aufwickelt und für eine vorbestimmte Ruhezeit lagert.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Papierbahn vor dem Aufwickeln auf eine Feuchte von maximal 4 % trocknet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Papierbahn vor dem ersten Nip des Kalanders auf eine Feuchte von mindestens 7 %, insbesondere im Bereich von 8 bis 12 %, rückbefeuchtet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man eine Einwirkzeit im Bereich von 0,1 bis 1 s, insbesondere im Bereich von 0,3 bis 0,6 s, zwischen dem Rückbefeuchten und dem Durchlaufen des ersten Nip vorsieht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man beim Rückfeuchten eine Querprofilregelung der Feuchte oder entsprechender korrelierender Eigenschaften der Papierbahn vornimmt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Rückbefeuchtung mit einem Düsenauftragswerk unter Verwendung von gasbetriebenen Zerstäuberdüsen vornimmt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß kennzeichnet, daß man als Antriebsgas für die Zerstäuberdüsen Dampf verwendet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß kennzeichnet, daß man als Antriebsgas für die Zerstäuberdüsen Luft verwendet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man Oberseite und Unterseite der Papierbahn befeuchtet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Papierbahn vor dem Aufwickeln in einer ersten Stufe in den Bereich der Gleichgewichtsfeuchte rückfeuchtet und nach dem Abwickeln in einer zweiten Stufe weiter rückfeuchtet.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Papierbahn in der ersten Stufe auf das Niveau der Gleichgewichtsfeuchte ihrer Umgebung rückfeuchtet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man einen Kalander mit mehreren Walzenstapeln verwendet und eine Rückfeuchtung auch zwischen zwei Walzenstapeln vornimmt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Papierbahn vor dem Aufwickeln mit mindestens einer der folgenden Baugruppen behandelt:einreihige Trockengruppe in der TrockenpartieHochvakuumbox in der TrockenpartieVerdünnungswasserstoffauflaufGapformerSchuhpresse mit mindestens einem Dampfblaskasten.
