Claims (12)
- Silencieux comprenant un boîtier de silencieux (1) et au moins une entrée (3) et au moins une sortie (4) pour des gaz d'échappement, la surface du boîtier (2) présentant une ou plusieurs moulures (5, 6, 7) et la forme et/ou l'arrangement des moulures (5, 6, 7) présentant des irrégularités voulues pour éviter l'émission de bruit, caractérisé en ce que les irrégularités voulues se rapportent à la distribution de la courbure des courbes périphériques des moulures (5, 6, 7).
- Silencieux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'entre 5 % et 100 % des moulures (5, 6, 7) sont pour l'essentiel exemptes de lignes de symétrie ou exemptes de points de symétrie dans les plans de coupe parallèles à la surface du boîtier (2) par rapport à leur courbe de pourtour qui se trouve dans le plan de coupe.
- Silencieux selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce qu'entre 5 % et 100 % des moulures (5, 6, 7) présentent une courbure des courbes de pourtour avec une distribution essentiellement continue.
- Silencieux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la disposition des moulures (5, 6, 7) sur les surfaces supérieure et inférieure du boîtier (2) est différente.
- Silencieux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces des moulures (5, 6, 7) individuelles présentent, par rapport à la surface de toutes les moulures (5, 6, 7), des écarts de plus de 50 % d'une valeur moyenne.
- Silencieux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le pourcentage de distribution des surfaces des moulures individuelles (5, 6, 7) par rapport à la surface totale de la surface du boîtier (2) n'est pas linéaire.
- Silencieux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface totale des moulures (5, 6, 7) représente une proportion maximale de 30 %, de 40 % ou de 50 % de la surface du boîtier (2).
- Silencieux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la surface du boîtier (2) sont prévues des surfaces fonctionnelles (8) définissant des fonds (10).
- Silencieux selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que dans les fonds (10) de la surface du boîtier (2) délimités par les surfaces fonctionnelles (8), la proportion de surfaces de moulure représente entre 5 % et 60 % de la surface correspondante.
- Silencieux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface des moulures individuelles (5, 6, 7) présente des valeurs entre 0,05 % et 10 % de la surface du boîtier (2).
- Silencieux selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la surface des moulures individuelles (5, 6, 7) présente des valeurs entre 0,1 % et 5 % de la surface du boîtier (2).
- Procédé de conception d'un silencieux selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la forme et/ou l'arrangement des moulures (5, 6, 7) sont déterminés en fonction de l'émission de bruit du silencieux par un procédé d'optimisation numérique.
