Description

The present invention relates to a combination according to the preamble of claim 1 for use in work in which the wearer is in a hovering state or in situations prone to falling over a belt looped around the torso or a harness and an attached holding and safety device in its position is held.

Dabei treten folgende Probleme auf:Conventional devices for such purposes consist of a looped around the torso belt or harness and an independent jacket, which is provided with a corresponding number of pockets to keep the tools required for use and the like at hand. The following problems occur:

If the jacket is worn over the seat belt, it starts to flutter in strong winds, resulting in an increased risk of injury to the wearer; The jacket can hang more easily, by catching the jacket can lead to a life-threatening emergency situation of the wearer.

On the other hand, if the jacket is worn underneath the seat belt, access to the contents of the pockets is made more difficult or even impeded.

From the US 6,035,440 A or the US 4,731,882 A Combinations are known which consist of a jacket and a harness integrated therein. Although the harness can be separated from the jacket, but this is a laborious process that is not feasible under conditions of use.

The US 6,233,740 B shows a life jacket with integrated belt system. The vest is essentially formed in one piece and must therefore be kept ready in different clothing sizes, which complicates the logistics. Moreover, repairing and replacing defective combinations is cumbersome and costly.

Similar disadvantages also apply to solutions as described in the FR 2 697 412 A or the GB 1 233 761 A are disclosed.

To remedy this situation, the present invention proposes a combination of the harness with the jacket, which allows the greatest possible flexibility in use while avoiding the problems indicated.

This object is solved by the features of claim 1. Essential to the invention is that the jacket can be created in a simple way together with the harness, but this is easily separable. Especially It is essential that the jacket can be pulled out even under conditions of use without removing the harness.

According to the invention, the jacket consists of three separate parts, a back part and two chest parts, which laterally by a loop-band system and in the shoulder areas, preferably by two Velcro fasteners with pull-through tabs, with each other and the chest parts are releasably connected to each other preferably via a zipper. In a further preferred embodiment, the leg package of the harness consists of a seat to which thigh straps are formed in such a way that there can be no health risk to the male sex organs. These thigh straps may additionally be provided with leg loops or similar devices which allow additional equipment to be carried. But it is also conceivable to form these leg loops or similar devices directly to the seat.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the pockets of the jacket are not closed with Velcro fasteners, as is conventionally widely used, but the closure takes place via a magnet. In this case, the magnetic fasteners can be magnetically shielded by a metal insert so far from the bag contents that objects such as credit cards or the like., Which carry a magnetic tape can not be impaired in their functionality. This advantageous embodiment, for example, emergency services, which silently approach their destination allows to open their pockets without betraying themselves by noise.

In order to prevent falling out of the items stored in the pockets in the open state, two rubber straps can be additionally provided, through which the hand or the fingers must be pushed in order to grip the object. This is particularly advantageous for work in which the wearer hangs upside down in the belt.

In a further embodiment, the seat is accommodated with the molded thigh straps in a pocket of the back, from which it can be easily retrieved when needed with one hand, without having to be pulled off the jacket for this purpose.

Dies hat den Vorteil,The jacket, which consists of a back part and two separate chest parts, can be easily adjusted by the wearer to the individual stature of the wearer thanks to the velcro straps in the shoulder area and the loop-band system connection on the sides. This has the advantage

Further on page 3 of the description of 2 December 2004. that the jacket can be used for all standard clothing sizes, whereby the manufacturing and acquisition costs can be reduced.

Another advantage is that in case of damage to the jacket not the entire jacket, but only the damaged part must be replaced. Furthermore, the jacket can be easily modified by replacing the chest parts or the back part for a different purpose, for example, to perform both rescue operations on ski slopes and those from the water. For the latter case, a back piece with integrated buoyancy aid is recommended. This may be about an inflatable bladder in a molded collar area.

Fig. 1 shows a stylized represented Peron as a carrier 1 with an applied combination 2, which is all around in the chest area and around the thighs, wherein the carrier 1 is shown in front view.

In Fig. 2 the same carrier 1 is shown in back view. Good recognizable is the anchor bracket 3, which protrudes from the back part 4 and is detachably connected via a loop 5 with the back part 4 via the push buttons 6. In addition, in the neck area on the jacket a mountain loop 7 may be formed, which is applied via a push button 8 releasably attached to the back part 4 and is brought in case of need by releasing the push button 8 in the position of use. The mountain loop is used to take the wearer of the jacket safely and bring them out of danger areas.

The buttocks of the carrier 1 is covered by the seat 9, which is fixed in position by the thigh bands 10. The thigh bands 10 are connected via connecting pieces 11 with the chest strap 12, which in Fig. 6 shown detached from the jacket.

Fig. 3 shows the two chest parts 13 with the tabs 14, with which the two breast parts 13 of the jacket are connected to the back part 4 in the shoulder area by means of Velcro.

In Fig. 4 are the two chest parts 13 off Fig. 3 already with the back part 4 off Fig. 2 connected. The tabs 14 are closed in the shoulder area by means of the Velcro fasteners 17. Both chest parts 13 are laterally connected via the loop-band systems 15 with the back part 4 and each other via a zipper 16. Instead of the zipper 16 other closures, such as snaps can be provided. Due to the loop-band systems 15 and the Velcro fasteners 17, the jacket over a wide range is adaptable to all standard clothing sizes. Various pockets 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, as well as loops 24, adapter possibilities 26 and / or name-plate surfaces 25 are arranged on the chest parts 13. However, it is also conceivable to provide a different arrangement of pockets, loops, adapter options and / or information surfaces, depending on the requirements of the user.

In Fig. 5 is the jacket off Fig. 4 to recognize in back view. In the shoulder area, the closed Velcro fasteners 17 can be seen. Through the opening 27 of the anchor bracket 3, not shown here is guided, which is then releasably connected to the loop 5 with the back part 4 via the push buttons 6. Between the lateral loop-band systems 15, a pocket 28 for stowing the seat 9 together with thigh straps 10 and optionally an additional rain cover is arranged, which in a preferred embodiment, both at its upper side via a closure 29, as well as on its underside via a closure 30 is open.

This in Fig. 6 harness shown separately consists of the chest belt 12 with a connected seat 9 with thigh straps 10. The chest strap 12 is composed of the side straps 31, the preferred padded shoulder straps 32, the connecting pieces 11 and the back strap 33 together. Each band 10, 31, 32 and 33 has size adjustment 34. In the connecting region between the shoulder straps 32 and the back strap 33 of the anchor bracket 3 is fixed. The connecting pieces 11 are formed at their free ends into loops, through which the thigh straps 10 are pulled around a front side Make connection between the seat 9 and the chest belt 12. The chest belt 12 is held together by means of a carabiner, not shown, which is guided by the reinforced belt rings 35.

In Fig. 7 The combination is shown in an interior view with the jacket open. The seat 9 is stowed in the pocket 28. Here you can see well how the shoulder straps 32 are connected to loops 36 in the tabs 14 releasably connected to the jacket. In a Notabwurf the jacket need only the jacket front and the loops 36 to be opened. The loop 5 opens automatically under tensile stress and the jacket detaches itself from the chest strap 12 without the secure support of the wearer being impaired in any way.

In Fig. 8 is the combination of Fig. 7 shown again, but here is the seat 9 with the thigh straps 10 taken out of the bag 28.

As soon as the wearer is called to an assignment, he puts on the combination according to the invention like a jacket, whereby normally the thigh straps are put on only immediately before the labor input. As long as the wearer is transported to the scene, he can wear the jacket in the open or over the chest closed state. The stowed in the back part of the seat and limited to about navel chest parts of the jacket contribute to a high level of comfort of the wearer.

Unmittelbar vor dem Einsatz wird der Träger über diesen Ankerbügel an einer Halte- undThe chest strap is closed by means of a carabiner, which is pulled through two reinforced loops 35. In addition, the jacket is closed in front of the chest via one or more snap fasteners, a zipper or in any other known manner. From the back part protrudes approximately at the level between the shoulder blades of the anchor bracket 3 out of the jacket. Immediately before use, the carrier is about this anchor bracket to a holding and

Attached securing device of any kind, the lower closure 30 of the bag 28 is opened, the seat 9 brought out, pulled the thigh bands 10 through the loops of the connecting pieces 11 and closed over the leg. The carrier is thus ready for his use.
