Claims (12)
- Cuve de pressoir, plus particulièrement de pressoir pneumatique à membrane, présentant un corps de forme cylindrique fermée à ses deux extrémités opposées par des calottes ou parties de fond, ladite cuve comportant au moins une unité de drainage sous la forme d'une goulotte ou portion de conduit analogue allongée ajourée, montée fixe dans la cuve et formant un canal de drainage pour les jus extraits des matières pressées, ledit canal de drainage étant en communication fluidique avec l'extérieur de la cuve à travers un ou plusieurs passages d'écoulement de jus, cuve caractérisée en ce que chaque goulotte (4) est montée de manière amovible dans ladite cuve (1) et est extractible de cette dernière, au moins en partie, à travers un passage (5) correspondant ménagé dans l'une (3) des deux calottes d'extrémité (3, 3').
- Cuve selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que chaque goulotte de drainage (4) consiste en une structure allongée profilée rectiligne ou incurvée, pouvant être totalement extraite de la cuve (1), l'extraction hors de et l'introduction dans la cuve (1) de la ou des goulotte(s) (4) s'effectuant par translation ou coulissement à travers le ou les passage(s) (5) respectifs) correspondant(s).
- Cuve selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'au niveau de chaque emplacement dans ladite cuve (1) destiné à recevoir une goulotte de drainage profilée (4) sont prévues au moins deux brides (6) espacées longitudinalement et destinées ensemble à solidariser la goulotte (4) concernée, dans son état monté, avec la cuve (1) et à la maintenir dans cette dernière, préférentiellement contre la face interne de la paroi (2') du corps cylindrique (2) de cette dernière.
- Cuve selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, pour chaque goulotte (4), deux brides de maintien (6) situées au niveau des extrémités opposées de l'emplacement de réception de goulotte concerné et fixées chacune simultanément sur le corps cylindrique (2) et sur la calotte de fermeture (3, 3') respective, chaque bride (6) présentant une structure d'enveloppe assurant, ensemble avec les portions de parois de corps cylindrique (2) et, le cas échéant, de calotte (3') adjacentes recouvertes par elle et formant avec elle un logement de réception et de maintien, sensiblement l'obturation de l'extrémité ouverte concernée de la goulotte (4) considérée.
- Cuve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que chaque passage (5) servant d'orifice d'extraction d'une goulotte de drainage (4) est prolongé, sur la face extérieure de la paroi (3") de la calotte (3) concernée, par un embout (7) formant portion de conduit de guidage en coulissement de la goulotte (4) concernée, sa section intérieure correspondant sensiblement à la section extérieure de ladite goulotte (4).
- Cuve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins la calotte (3) présentant le ou les passage(s) d'écoulement (5) servant d'orifice(s) d'extraction de goulotte(s) (4), préférentiellement les deux calottes (3 et 3'), présente(nt) une forme tronconique.
- Cuve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que chaque goulotte (4) est bloquée dans la direction longitudinale à l'état monté par un élément (8) formant couvercle ou bouchon, pouvant être solidarisé de manière amovible avec la calotte (3) ou l'embout (7) correspondant, chaque goulotte (4) présentant au niveau de l'une de ses extrémités longitudinales une poignée d'extraction (9), par exemple sous la forme d'une anse escamotable.
- Cuve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un ou chaque passage (5) servant d'orifice d'extraction d'une goulotte ou portion de conduit de drainage (4) constitue également un orifice d'écoulement des jus.
- Cuve selon la revendication 8 pour autant qu'elle dépende de l'une quelconque des revendications 5 et 7, caractérisée en ce que l'embout (7) prolongeant le ou chaque passage (5) forme également portion de conduit d'écoulement des jus, l'élément (8) formant couvercle ou bouchon qui lui est éventuellement associé étant ajouré de manière à autoriser le passage des jus, le cas échéant avec filtrage de ces derniers.
- Cuve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 9, caractérisée en ce que chaque goulotte de drainage profilée (4) consiste en une structure ouverte ou creuse comportant au moins deux faces longitudinales, une première face longitudinale tournée vers la paroi (2') de la cuve (2) étant ouverte ou absente et la ou les autre(s) face(s) longitudinale(s) étant formée(s) par une ou des parois (10) pourvue(s) d'une pluralité d'orifices traversants (10'), avantageusement en forme de fentes situées dans des plans perpendiculaires à la direction longitudinale de la goulotte (4) concernée, cette dernière formant par coopération avec la face interne de la paroi (2') du corps cylindrique (2) de la cuve (1) un canal de drainage.
- Cuve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte plusieurs goulottes ou portions de conduit de drainage (4), préférentiellement trois, disposées parallèlement entre elles dans la direction de l'axe de symétrie du corps cylindrique circulaire (2) de ladite cuve (1), en étant regroupées dans une zone angulaire limitée de la circonférence intérieure dudit corps cylindrique (2), la portion de paroi du corps cylindrique de la cuve correspondant à ladite zone angulaire formant la partie inférieure (12) de ladite cuve (1) lors des phases actives de pressage.
- Pressoir pneumatique à cuve rotative, caractérisé en ce que la cuve (2) consiste en une cuve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11.
