Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'une nappe de matière fibreuse, en particulier d'une nappe de papier et/ou de carton, dans lequel on effectue une régulation automatique de la teneur en cendres,
    caractérisé en ce que
    on y effectue en outre une régulation automatique de la rétention et en ce que pour diminuer ou inhiber les interactions mutuelles entre les deux régulations, ces dernières sont associées l'une à l'autre de manière appropriée par un modèle de la dépendance entre l'addition de charges et la consommation en agent de rétention.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lorsque la quantité de charge augmente ou diminue, la quantité d'agent de rétention augmente ou diminue conformément au modèle de la dépendance entre l'addition de charges et la consommation en agent de rétention.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il utilise un modèle mathématique de la dépendance entre l'addition de charges et la consommation en agent de rétention.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'oppose de manière prédictive à des interactions entre la régulation de la teneur en cendres et la régulation de la rétention à l'aide du modèle de la dépendance entre l'addition de charges et la consommation en agent de rétention.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il utilise au moins partiellement une mesure de la concentration dans l'eau de tamisage et/ou une mesure de la teneur en cendres ou une mesure de la quantité ajoutée de cendres pour adapter le modèle à d'éventuelles nouvelles situations.
  6. Système informatique de régulation de la qualité d'une machine à papier, en particulier en vue de mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, qui présente une régulation automatique de la teneur en cendres,
    caractérisé en ce que
    il présente de plus une régulation automatique de la rétention et en ce que les deux régulations sont associées l'une à l'autre par un modèle de la dépendance entre l'addition de charges et la consommation en agent de rétention pour diminuer ou inhiber les interactions mutuelles entre ces deux régulations.
  7. Système de régulation de qualité selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lorsque la quantité de charge augmente ou diminue, la quantité en agent de rétention peut également être augmentée ou diminuée conformément au modèle de la dépendance entre l'addition de charges et la consommation en agent de rétention.
  8. Système de régulation de qualité selon les revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que comme modèle de la dépendance entre l'addition de charges et la consommation en agent de rétention, il présente un modèle mathématique.
  9. Système de régulation de qualité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il s'oppose de manière prédictive à des interactions mutuelles entre la régulation de la teneur en cendres et la régulation de la rétention par l'intermédiaire du modèle de la dépendance entre l'addition de charges et la consommation en agent de rétention.
  10. Système de régulation de qualité selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un détecteur qui permet de réaliser de préférence une mesure de concentration dans l'eau de tamisage et/ou une mesure de la teneur en cendres ou une mesure de la quantité de cendres ajoutées est raccordé ou peut être raccordé au calculateur du modèle de manière à permettre au moins à certains moments d'adapter le modèle à d'éventuelles nouvelles situations.
