Claims (10)
- Elektrische Verbindungsvorrichtung zwischen einer Steckverbindung und einer Kontaktoberfläche (1) in Relativbewegung, umfassend:- eine Anzahl von elektrischen Zweigen (3),- eine erste elektrische Verbindungsschnittstelle, die mit einem Endstück (4) der elektrischen Zweige (3) verwirklicht ist und für das Montieren der Steckverbindung angepasst ist,- eine zweite elektrische Verbindungsschnittstelle, die mit dem anderen Endstück (5) der elektrischen Zweige (3) verwirklicht ist, die elastische Elemente umfassen, welche einen gleitenden Kontakt mit der Kontaktoberfläche (1) herstellen, und- mindestens einen elektrisch isolierenden Träger (6), der die mechanische Stabilität zwischen den elektrischen Zweige (3) verwirklicht.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder elektrische Zweig (3) zwei Endstücke (4, 5) mit verschiedenem Querschnitt aufweist, wobei das elastische Element mit dem Endstück verwirklicht ist, das den geringsten Querschnitt aufweist.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder elektrische Zweig (3) in einem einzelnen Stück verwirklicht ist.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder elektrische Zweig (3) aus zwei Stücken verwirklicht ist, die miteinander durch Löt- oder Vemietungspunkte miteinander verknüpft sind.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß dem Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungszonen der konstitutiven Stücke der elektrischen Zweige (3) mindestens teilweise von dem Träger (6) umhüllt sind, der aus Kunststoff verwirklicht ist.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (6) ein ausgeformtes Stück ist.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste elektrische Schnittstelle eine Reihe von Klemmen aufweist, die durch die Endstücke (4) verwirklicht sind, die von dem Träger hervorstehen und dazu bestimmt sind, in die elektrische Steckverbindung eingesetzt zu werden.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastischen Elemente biegsame Streifen sind.
- Verbindungsvorrichtung gemäß den Ansprüchen 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmen durch Endstücke (4) verwirklicht sind, und die biegsamen Streifen durch die anderen Endstücke (5) verwirklicht sind, die sich gemäß Richtungen erstrecken, die einen einschließenden Neigungswinkel zwischen 30° und 180°, und der vorzugsweise angrenzend an 90°ist, aufweisen.
- Steuerung unter einem Lenkrad eines Fahrzeugs umfassend, eine elektrische Verbindungsvorrichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
