Abstract
Description
In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung weist die Aufnahmeeinrichtung an der Werkzeugaufnahme einen ersten Führungsbereich auf, in dem der erste Bolzenlagerbereich aufnehmbar ist. Zur Befestigung des Werkzeugs wird das Befestigungselement des Werkzeugs radial in einen Aufnahmeraum innerhalb des ersten Führungsbereichs gebracht und der Bolzen in die Aufnahmeeinrichtung und durch die Befestigungsöffnung eingeführt, so dass der Bolzen im Wesentlichen beidseitig des Befestigungselements von dem ersten Führungsbereich gehalten und das Befestigungselement mit der Aufnahmeeinrichtung durch den Bolzen verbunden wird. Diese Anordnung eignet sich im besonderen Maße zur Befestigung eines Befestigungselements höherer Kategorie, also mit größerem Querschnitt der Befestigungsöffnung.

Claims (11)
- Werkzeugaufnahme für ein Laderfahrzeug, mit wenigstens einer Befestigungseinrichtung (40) zur Befestigung eines Werkzeugs, welche wenigstens eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung (44, 46) zur Aufnahme des Werkzeugs und einen von der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (44, 46) aufnehmbaren Bolzen (48, 94) zum Festsetzen des Werkzeugs an der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (44, 46) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Bolzen (48, 94) in die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (44, 46) einführbare erste und zweite Bolzenlagerbereiche (58, 60) aufweist, wobei der erste Bolzenlagerbereich (58) einen größeren Querschnitt als der zweite Bolzenlagerbereich (60) aufweist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Werkzeug vorgesehen ist, welches wenigstens ein Befestigungselement (42A, 42B) zur Befestigung an die wenigstens eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung (44, 46) aufweist, wobei das Befestigungselement (42A, 42B) eine Befestigungsöffnung (92a, 92B) aufweist, die dem Querschnitt des ersten oder des zweiten Bolzenlagerbereichs (58, 60) entsprechen kann.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (44, 46) ein erster Führungsbereich (72) ausgebildet ist, in dem der erste Bolzenlagerbereich (58) aufnehmbar ist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Führungsbereich (72) eine axial verschiebbar gelagerte Führungsbuchse (74) mit einem zweiten Führungsbereich (80) aufweist, in dem der zweite Bolzenlagerbereich (60) aufnehmbar ist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Führungsbereich (72) ein Federelement (88) aufweist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsbuchse (74) mit einem sich radial nach außen erstreckenden Kragen (82) versehen ist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Bolzen (48, 94) an der wenigstens einen Aufnahmeeinrichtung (44, 46) axial verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Bolzen (48, 94) mit einer Riegeleinrichtung (98) verbunden ist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Bolzen (48, 94) manuell und/oder elektrisch und/oder hydraulisch und/oder pneumatisch in die wenigstens eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung (44, 46) einführbar ist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Riegeleinrichtung (98) manuell und/oder elektrisch und/oder hydraulisch und/oder pneumatisch verschiebbar ist.
- Werkzeugaufnahme nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Aufnahmeeinrichtungen (44, 46), zwei Bolzen (48, 94) und zwei Befestigungselemente (42A, 42B) zur Befestigung des Werkzeugs vorgesehen sind.
