Abstract

Ein Bauteil, insbesondere ein Kolben für einen Verbrennungsmotor weist einen Grundwerkstoff (10) und eine darauf zumindest teilweise aufgebrachte Rissstopschicht (12) mit einer Dicke von mindestens 3 µm sowie eine darauf aufgebrachte, zumindest teilweise anodisierte Aluminiumschicht (14,16) auf.
Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung einer hochbelastbaren. Oberfläche auf einem Bauteil, insbesondere auf einem Kolben für einen Verbrennungsmotor wird vor dem Aufbringen und zumindest teilweise Anodisieren einer Aluminiumschicht eine Rissstopschicht mit einer Dicke von mindestens 3 µm aufgebracht.
