Abstract
Description
des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a container according to the preamble
of
There are the most diverse drinking vessels or drinking vessels, in which a light unit is arranged known. For example is from DE 101 29 439 A1 a with a light unit stocked vase-like household object known. Farther DE 31 11 102 A1 describes a liquid container that when tilting or tilting emits a light signal. In both Scriptures are revealed in the bottom of a vessel a lighting unit is located, consisting of a battery, a Illuminant and a switch consists. From DE 31 11 102 A1 Scripture is also known that intensifies the light intensity can be by the luminaire as in a Headlight through a mirror - especially a concave mirror - is pushed through.
The disadvantage, however, is that by the filament emitted light directly into the container or in the itself Liquid in it radiates. Here it would be desirable to create optical effects through aids and the Cover lighting unit as such.
Hier setzt die vorliegende Erfindung an.This is where the present invention begins.
The invention has the aim of the aforementioned container so to further develop that by its lighting optical effects can be achieved.
Merkmale erreicht. This object is achieved by the mentioned in
Accordingly, it is essential for the container according to the invention, that provided above the lighting unit, a light guide is, which is preferably arranged in the lower container space.
It is advantageous if the light guide of transparent Material exists. For this it is useful, a jelly, for example. made of polyacrylamide, because these materials are comparatively inexpensive to produce or procure. In addition, their use also offers production-related Reasons, since on the one hand in the not frozen Condition well in a container and on the other hand when frozen, cut into small pieces leaves. This crushing has the effect of that Viewers are given the impression as if they were act small ice cubes. This effect can also be achieved if instead of the jelly granules of small, maximum 3 mm glass and / or plastic particles is used. As a material for the plastic execution could, for example. On a Be resorted to by acrylic.
In a further development of the container, the upper container space a lower bottom, which viewed from above convex is arched. It is advantageous here, the transition of Container edge varying in the convex curvature from a vertical perspective to create a wave profile. This unevenness reinforces once more through the granulated crushed jelly-like mass produced effect, there was crashed ice at the bottom of the container. About that In addition, this further ensures that the transition into the vaulting blurs for the viewer.
It is particularly advantageous directly below the filament to arrange a mirror plate. It also makes sense to arrange a ring around the mirror plate, the inside of it is mirrored. The from the luminous body down and laterally emitted light rays can thus be reflected and thus increase the luminous intensity of the Passed light guide through in the upper container space Rays. In addition, this ring also allows that this part of the lighting unit, i. in particular the luminous bodies, are not visible from the outside. The mirror plate or the reflective inside of the ring are preferably made from a plastic film coated with a metal layer or metal. The surfaces are preferably high gloss trained and can be different colors. Ideally Here, the use of aluminum is used.
Furthermore, interesting effects can be created by that the lighting unit with differently colored designed Luminaires is fitted. Should this inventive Containers are used in environments in which too Black light bulbs or tubes are used, the fluorescent Let colors shine brightly anyway, should the effect achieved by the luminous body even more intense. Certain drinks are in a black light environment alone already excited to shine, so that in combination with the container according to the invention this interesting color games are possible.
In another embodiment, it is provided, the lighting unit by a chip in three operating states to can: Off, permanent light or flashing lights.
The desired operating condition can in this order by simple operation of the switch can be set.

In the following figures, unless otherwise stated indicated, like reference numerals like parts with the same Importance.
In Figure 1, the embodiment of a
soll. From Figure 2 is best seen how on the one hand in
the bottom view of the battery compartment and the
lassen.FIG. 3 shows the
In Figur 4 ist die Anwendung eines Granulats als Lichtleitkörper
11 verdeutlicht.
FIG. 4 shows the use of granules as
