Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verschleißschutzschicht, insbesondere einer Zylinderlauffläche für eine Brennkraftmaschine, wobei zunächst auf galvanischem Wege eine Beschichtung aufgetragen wird und diese danach einer Laserbehandlung unterzogen wird.
Tribologisch besonders günstige und fertigungstechnisch gut beherrschbare Beschichtungen lassen sich erfindungsgemäß dadurch erzielen, dass eine Fe-Beschichtung aufgetragen wird, die verschiedene Legierungskomponenten Zn, Mo, Cr, Cn, Ni, Sn, Co, (0,05-15%, vorzugsweise 0,1-1,0%) und/oder Partikel von CrOxide, FeOxide, Si3N4, Kohlenstoff, B4C, SiC und weitere Carbide, Boride, Nitride und Silicide enthält und dass darauf hin die Beschichtung einer Kurzpuls-Laserbehandlung mit einer Energiedichte ≥ 1 J/cm2, insbesondere 1,75 J/cm2 bis 5 J/cm2 unterzogen wird.
