Description
Claims (10)
- Verteildüse zur Verteilung eines Fluids (2) umfassend, eine Halteeinrichtung (3) zur Fixierung eines Zerstreuungselements (4), sowie eine Eintrittsdüse (5) mit einem Düsenmund (6) zur Beaufschlagung des Zerstreuungselements (4) mit dem Fluid (2), wobei das Zerstreuungselement (4) eine Vielzahl von Sprühbohrungen (7) zur Erzeugung von Sprühstrahlen (8) aus dem Fluid (2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sprühbohrungen (7) derart ausgestaltet und bezüglich einer Mittelachse (M) des Zerstreuungselements (4) angeordnet sind, dass im Betriebszustand ein Abstrahlwinkel (α) der Sprühstrahlen (8) in Abhängigkeit von einem um die Mittelachse (M) gemessenen Polarwinkel () nach einem vorgebbaren Schema variiert.
- Verteildüse nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Abstrahlwinkel (α) der Sprühstrahlen (8) in Abhängigkeit von einem Abstand (A) zur Mittelachse (M) variiert.
- Verteildüse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Sprühbohrungen (7) derart ausgestaltet und bezüglich der Mittelachse (M) des Zerstreuungselements (4) angeordnet sind, dass der Abstrahlwinkel (α) der Sprühstrahlen (8) als Funktion des Polarwinkels () und des Abstands (A) von der Mittelachse (M), derart variiert, dass eine im wesentlichen rechteckige Grundfläche (9) um die Verteildüse gleichmässig benetzbar ist.
- Verteildüse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Sprühbohrungen (7) in konzentrischen Kreisen (K) mit vorgebbaren Radien (R) im Abstand (A) um die Mittelachse (M) angeordnet sind.
- Verteildüse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zerstreuungselement (4) eine sich in Bezug auf die Mittelachse (M) und in eine vom Düsenmund (6) abgekehrte Richtung, trichterförmig erweiternde Hohlform aufweist.
- Verteildüse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zerstreuungselement (4) einen konkav gekrümmten Querschnitt aufweist.
- Verteildüse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zerstreuungselement (4) einen im wesentlichen dreieckförmigen Querschnitt aufweist.
- Verteildüse nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Zerstreuungselement (4) einen konvex gekrümmten Querschnitt aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Benetzung eines vorgebbaren Bereichs (10) um eine Verteildüse (1) mit einem Fluid (2), welche Verteildüse (1) eine Halteeinrichtung (3) zur Fixierung eines Zerstreuungselements (4), sowie eine Eintrittsdüse (5) mit einem Düsenmund (6) zur Beaufschlagung des Zerstreuungselements (4) mit dem Fluid (2) umfasst, wobei das Zerstreuungselement (4) eine Vielzahl von Sprühbohrungen (7) zur Erzeugung von Sprühstrahlen (8) aus dem Fluid (2) aufweist und die Sprühbohrungen (7) derart ausgestaltet und bezüglich einer Mittelachse (M) des Zerstreuungselements (4) angeordnet sind, dass im Betriebszustand ein Abstrahlwinkel (α) der Sprühstrahlen (8) in Abhängigkeit von einem um die Mittelachse (M) gemessenen Polarwinkel nach einem vorgegebenen Schema () variiert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstrahlwinkel (α) der Sprühstrahlen (8) so eingestellt wird, dass ein im wesentlichen rechteckiges Gebiet (10) um die Verteildüse (1) gleichmässig benetzt wird.
- Kühlvorrichtung, insbesondere Kühlturm, mit einer Verteildüse (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, welcher nach einem Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 betreibbar ist.
