Claims (11)
- Disque de soupape avec un dôme de disque (5) pour un récipient rempli, de préférence, avec du gaz, qui est constitué d'au moins deux couches de disque (1, 2) de pièces découpées déformées conjointement, caractérisé en ce qu'une couche d'étanchéité (6) étanche au gaz, à travers laquelle des cavités superficielles existantes (7) des couches de disque (1, 2) sont remplies au moins largement, est placée entre les couches de disque (1, 2) au moins dans une zone partielle sur toute la circonférence.
- Disque de soupape selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les couches de disque (1, 2) sont constituées d'une tôle galvanisée, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'étanchéité (6) est formée par le réchauffage au moins partiel des couches de disque déformées (1, 2) et la fusion des couches galvanisées.
- Disque de soupape selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'étanchéité (6) est formée par le réchauffage de la zone de tête du dôme de disque (5).
- Disque de soupape selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'étanchéité (6) est constituée par une feuille étanche au gaz, de préférence une feuille en matière synthétique.
- Disque de soupape selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la feuille est appliquée avant la déformation des pièces découpées au moins sur l'une des deux couches placées l'une à côté de l'autre.
- Disque de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un engommage est appliqué comme couche d'étanchéité (6) sur l'une des couches des pièces découpées.
- Disque de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la feuille appliquée est autoadhésive.
- Disque de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la feuille est constituée de polypropylène.
- Disque de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'étanchéité (6) est constituée d'une matière d'abord liquide durcie après sa pose entre les couches de disque (1, 2).
- Disque de soupape selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la matière d'abord liquide est appliquée par l'immersion des couches de disque déformées conjointement (1, 2) dans un bain d'immersion approprié.
- Disque de soupape selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la matière est constituée d'une laque, d'une matière synthétique ou d'une matière similaire.
