Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sales and presentation area with individual sales and presentation areas according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Claim 1 provides to make the freely accessible area between the individual sales and presentation areas rotatable. It is intended to arrange the individual sales and presentation areas in a known manner so that a part of the sales and presentation areas enclosing a substantially circular area and a second part of the sales and presentation areas covers a substantially circular area, which by the second part of the sales and presentation areas covered area has a smaller outer circumference than the outer periphery of the area which is enclosed by the first part of the sales and presentation areas, so that between the first and second part of the sales and presentation areas a substantially annular area is defined.
- This circular area represents the freely accessible area away from the sales and presentation areas, on which move the changing between the individual sales and presentation areas customer flows. If this freely accessible area according to claim 1 is rotatably held, a static appearance is avoided and taken care of at a quiet lingering of the customer for a constantly changing scenery. A habituation effect will be more difficult.
- Rotating annular surfaces are known from other technical fields, but have not yet been used for sales and presentation areas.
- US Pat. No. 2,764,783 A describes, for example, a building with an annular surface in its interior, which is rotatably mounted in the horizontal direction.
- a construction of this kind is proposed in particular for institutions in which frail people are accommodated and provides that upon entering the rotatable platform as in conventional passenger lifts the platform is set in motion at the touch of a button until the desired position is reached, whereupon the rotational movement again stops.
- annular surface in particular design and cleaning work must be accessible, the further characteristics of claim 1 are necessary for a practical application.
- These measures provide that the annular surface is divided into segments that moves in the vertical direction via lifting and lowering devices, in particular can be lowered.
- individual circular ring segments can be supplied to premises off the sales and presentation areas, in which, for example, remodeling or cleaning work can be performed on the surfaces of these circular ring segments.
- remodeling off the sales and presentation areas may be advantageous, for example, because the annulus segments otherwise would not be accessible to the equipment necessary for artworks or to avoid damage to the sales and presentation areas by dust and the like.
- Claim 5 provides a cost-effective embodiment, which is particularly advantageous due to the measures of claim 2.
- the claims 7 and 8 provide advantageous embodiments of the device according to the invention.
- the individual sales and presentation surfaces 1, 2 are arranged in two parts, wherein a first, outer part 1 encloses a substantially circular area at least partially, within which the second, inner part 2 of Sales and presentation surfaces 1, 2 extends, which covers a substantially circular area at least partially.
- a freely accessible annular surface 3 is formed, on which move the customer between the sales and presentation areas 1, 2 changing customer.
- each segment 3 can seg using sound, light, and odor effects and use of different floor coverings such as wood, stone, or grass flooring, reflective or transparent soils and soils with water areas, and the like as its own “adventure world" be designed.
- the segment segments 3 seg can accommodate catering facilities such as cafes, bars, restaurants or bistros, facilities such as playgrounds, cinemas or theaters or exhibition spaces such as car presentations etc.
- the annular surface 3 is rotatably mounted about a rotation axis 7. This can be done on different types of drives not shown, as they are well known in the drive technology for revolving stages and the like.
- the speed of rotation will be chosen so that it complies with all legal requirements, in particular, the use of the rotating annular surface 3 should be easily possible for the elderly and the disabled. Since at constant angular velocity the local rotational speed on the annular surface 3 increases with increasing distance from the center of rotation, the optimum angular velocity will be based on the maximum permissible rotational speed and on the outer diameter of the annular surface 3.
- the angular velocity of the rotating annular surface 3 must be chosen the smaller the larger the sales and presentation area is built, i. the larger the outer diameter of the annular surface 3 is.
- annular surfaces 3 are provided, which approximately touch each other in a region 13.
- the respective first parts 1 of the sales and presentation areas 1, 2 do not completely enclose an inner circular area, but leave out a freely accessible area 13, which is provided with a stationary floor.
- This region 13 thus represents a connection region between the two annular surfaces 3. Further, according to this embodiment, the two annular surfaces 3, each with a lifting and lowering device 4, such as a lift provided, which are arranged in the region 13 of the annular surfaces 3.
- the annular surfaces 3 are offset by not shown drives in a horizontal rotational movement. If necessary, such as intentional redesign of a particular segment segment 3 seg , the annular surface 3 is stopped in its horizontal rotation in a manner that the umzugestaltende circular segment 3 seg on the lifting and Lowering device 4 comes to rest. If there are no customers on the circular ring segment 3 seg , the lifting and lowering device 4 can be activated so that this circular segment 3 seg lowered according to the embodiment of Fig. 1 and premises 5a below the sales and presentation areas 1, 2 is supplied. As can be seen in FIGS.
- the respective circular segment 3 seg can now be inserted by the lifting and lowering device 4 in the serving as a conversion area premises 5a via a radial movement.
- the lifting and lowering device 4 is thus free to receive a new circular segment 3 seg, which is stored for example in other, serving as storage space 5b and is used as a temporary replacement for a redesigned segmented ring segment 3 seg .
- This new circular segment 3 seg finally can Height of the sales and presentation surfaces 1, 2 are brought so that the horizontal rotational movement of the annular surface 3 can be resumed.
- This process is preferably carried out outside the opening hours of the sales and presentation area.
- the replacement of a circular segment 3 seg according to the procedure described is completed in a few minutes, it would also be possible to briefly shut off the area concerned during this period, so that even during opening hours an exchange of circular ring segments 3 seg could take place.
- the advantages of the possible conversion of annulus segments 3 seg away from the publicly available sales and presentation areas 1, 2 are, inter alia, that under some circumstances, time-consuming conversion can be done without the need to close the sales and presentation area.
- the conversion work in particular avoids dust and noise pollution for the surrounding sales and presentation areas 1, 2.
- the access to the premises 5a can be designed so that they are accessible to larger equipment or equipment.
- the premises 5a themselves can be equipped with cranes and machines of all kinds, so that the necessary infrastructure for conversion work is always given.
- the roof 8 of the sales and presentation area can be designed so that it can be opened temporarily, as indicated in Figs. 2b and 3c.
- To generate the aforementioned sound and light effects can be provided centrally controlled sound systems with speakers 9 and lighting systems with movable headlights 10 and multimedia projection devices.
- To be precise, vertical movement of loads and scenic design elements and point trains 11 may be provided.
- a lace floor 12 which is arranged above the sales and presentation areas 1, 2, can be installed for hanging up scenographic elements.
Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sales and presentation area with individual sales and presentation areas according to the preamble of
In conventional sales and presentation areas of this type, the primary aim is to offer the consumer a diverse range of goods on variously designed sales and presentation areas, which are sometimes combined in large-scale sales and presentation areas. It is customary to combine these sales and presentation areas with facilities for dining and entertainment, so as to represent shopping as an experience and thus as a way of recreational activities.
An attempt is made, for example, to attract customer flows via an interesting architectural design of the sales and presentation area or to arouse the interest of consumers in the freely accessible areas between the individual sales and presentation areas through various events. The operators of the individual sales and presentation areas, in turn, try to attract the customer's attention over and over again by regularly changing the design of their individual business premises. As a result, "shopping centers" are increasingly becoming "shopping cities" in which shopping is associated with "fun" and "entertainment". However, the supply of retail and presentation space of this kind is increasing and it is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain the consumer's interest. It turns out to be a disadvantage that although the individual sales and presentation areas can be redesigned with relatively little effort, the appearance of the entire sales and presentation area but not so readily can be changed, so that the habituation effect causes increasing disinterest in the consumer.
It is therefore an object of the invention to avoid this disadvantage and to provide suitable structural measures in terms of freely accessible surfaces between the individual sales and presentation areas for a constantly changing appearance of the sales and presentation area. This is achieved by the characterizing features of
Rotating annular surfaces are known from other technical fields, but have not yet been used for sales and presentation areas. US Pat. No. 2,764,783 A describes, for example, a building with an annular surface in its interior, which is rotatably mounted in the horizontal direction. A construction of this kind is proposed in particular for institutions in which frail people are accommodated and provides that upon entering the rotatable platform as in conventional passenger lifts the platform is set in motion at the touch of a button until the desired position is reached, whereupon the rotational movement again stops.
Since the annular surface in particular design and cleaning work must be accessible, the further characteristics of
In this case, the features prove to be advantageous according to
According to
Claim 5 provides a cost-effective embodiment, which is particularly advantageous due to the measures of
Of course, it is also possible, according to claim 6, to implement the device according to the invention of the rotatable annular surface for receiving the customer streams in the middle of the surrounding sales and presentation surfaces in multiple form, wherein the individual annular surfaces approximately in implementation of the measures of claim 5 in the lifting and sinking device approximate. This embodiment will be described in more detail below.
The

As can be seen from Fig. 1, the individual sales and
While no possibility for movement is provided for the sales and
In the embodiment according to FIG. 1, two
This
During use of the
The advantages of the possible conversion of
In the areas of the lifting and lowering devices 4, the
It is thus complemented by a combination of modern technology with theater elements a shopping world with different "worlds of experience". These "worlds of experience" can be constantly changed, so that the customer presents the sales and presentation area in a constantly changing appearance, whereby habituation effects can be prevented.
