Claims (4)

  1. Cartouche destinée à recevoir un matériau de type pâteux, comprenant,
    un corps de cartouche (3) de forme cylindrique,
    un piston en deux parties ou davantage, comportant un piston d'étanchéité (1) et un piston d'expansion (2) qui peut être introduit dans une cavité du piston d'étanchéité,
    cartouche dans laquelle
    a) le piston d'étanchéité (1) possède des dimensions extérieures légèrement moindres que la paroi intérieure (3) de la cartouche, de manière à laisser libre des ouvertures de purge d'air (en 6, 7) entre le piston d'étanchéité (1) et la paroi intérieure (3),
    b) le piston d'expansion (2) possède, au moins en certains endroits, des dimensions extérieures plus grandes que celles pouvant être reçues par la cavité prévue à son effet dans le piston d'étanchéité,
    c) le piston d'expansion (2) est pourvu sur le côté extérieur, d'un moyen d'encliquetage (21) présentant son complément sur le côté intérieur du piston d'étanchéité,
    caractérisée
    d) en ce que sur le côté intérieur du piston d'étanchéité (1) est prévue une feuille d'étanchéité (14) supplémentaire, qui, après introduction et enclenchement du piston d'expansion, reste en place entre le piston d'expansion et le piston d'étanchéité.
  2. Cartouche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la liaison géométrique par complémentarité de formes entre la paroi intérieure (3) de la cartouche et le piston d'étanchéité (1) s'effectue par l'intermédiaire de bagues (6, 7, 8).
  3. Cartouche selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le piston d'étanchéité (1) porte les bagues (6, 7, 8).
  4. Cartouche selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le piston d'étanchéité (1) est réalisé convexe ou conique sur son côté (5) dirigé vers le produit de remplissage (4).
