Definitions
- the invention relates to a lighting system, in particular for emergency lighting, with a plurality of lights and at least one control / monitoring device, which with the lights over at least one data line is connected, each lamp is assigned to identify an address code.
- the corresponding control / monitoring device reads the hardware set Address code of each light off, so that each light for tax and is monitorable.
- the invention is based on the object, a lighting system of the aforementioned To improve the way that the corresponding lights safely and easily identifiable with comparatively low installation and commissioning costs.
- a corresponding unique address code electronically in a Memory device associated with each lamp is stored.
- hardware Moderate Settings by means of rotary coding switches, for example, are no longer necessary.
- the unique address code by storing the corresponding Luminaire is also assigned, no errors during installation or identification done by the control / monitoring device. Instead, the Address code for luminaire identification of at least the control / monitoring device read out via a data line. In this case, the corresponding Address code already generated during the manufacture of the luminaire for this and in it be filed.
- the control / monitoring device the corresponding address code from all Check lights and identify the different lights. Also with exchange a luminaire can the new new address code of the newly exchanged Light quickly retrieved and thus the light exchange can be identified.
- all lights can be used in an appropriate Lighting system are integrated, such as profile lights, frame lights, recessed ceiling lights or the like, which also formed as a single battery lights could be.
- An appropriate lighting system can have several hundred lights comprise, by means of a single data line with the control / monitoring device are connected. However, it is in case of errors in a single data line in the Communication area very difficult to locate sources of error, since all lights communicate over the same data line.
- By arranging a variety of Lighting on a data line also results in corresponding requirements to the power supply of the particular central control / monitoring device. In this case, the power requirement, the tilten by the control / monitoring device is, be relatively high, since each light as a data receiver own power consumption which is multiplied by the total number of luminaires to the total To determine power consumption.
- the control / monitoring device can communicate over two or more data lines each connected to a plurality of lights. This also results in a reduced Space requirement for the control / monitoring device, resulting in smaller housing sizes are possible for this device. Besides, in case of a short circuit or any other damage on any of the data lines control and monitoring the lights on the other data lines still possible.
- the luminaire can have at least one microprocessor. This can also control the communication when connecting a data line take over with the central control / monitoring device.
- the corresponding data of each The storage device can be stored in a non-volatile, in particular be supply voltage independent storage device.
- Such Memory device is, for example, in flash, EEProm or other supply voltage independent memory technology executed.
- the corresponding Memory device may be associated with the lamp from the outside, with it, for example the microprocessor of the lamp via a corresponding interface in Contact is.
- lights with hardware setting the address code can be retrofitted so that the manual setting of the Address codes due to automatic, electronic storage are eliminated.
- the memory device within the Luminaire is arranged in particular on a printed circuit board.
- the memory device can in addition to data for the above-mentioned lighting functions contain further data, such as an application program or the like.
- a particularly automatically generated serial number is in the memory device can be stored as address code.
- the automatic generation can, for example be done by a programmer, the storage device with the Program programmed.
- the automatically generated serial serial number is used in this context as address code or luminaire address in the Storage device stored.
- each luminaire can be assigned a label, on the at least the address code is specified.
- the label is a detachable, in particular self-adhesive address portion having a duplicate of the address code.
- This Address section can then in the installation of the light in a corresponding Installation plan be attached, so that additional identification of the Luminaire at the appropriate installation location in addition to the self-identification by the control / monitoring device is possible.
- the address code may be read by a printing device prior to printing.
- a such printing device or printer reads via a corresponding Data line connection the address code generated during software programming then, for example, print it twice on the label and the corresponding one Address section.
- this and / or the Address section of the lamp be enclosed as a separate part.
- label and / or address section may not be lost, the label may also be on the luminaire, on a part of the corresponding electronic assembly, on the microprocessor or the like, the address portion being a detachable one Part of the label is, which then replaced and glued example in the installation plan becomes.
- a query of the different address codes can be, for example, in hexadecimal Range from 0000 to FFFF.
- identifier For this purpose, for example, an input device the control / monitoring device are used, such an identifier may be a clear text of the corresponding light location or the like.
- the Identifier can also have corresponding correlations for in a group Lights, arranged on a floor lights or the like included. Furthermore can a light as an identifier of the name of a room, the name of certain Positions of a building or the like can be assigned.
- an identifier can then optionally at a later date be worked without the installation plan, as a corresponding light is easy to identify and locate by the associated identifier.
- a corresponding light is easy to identify and locate by the associated identifier.
- To one such identifier even in case of failure or damage to the central control / monitoring device can continue to use the identifier to the respective Luminaire transferable and be stored in this.
- Lighting and / or control / monitoring device can interface device exhibit.
- the corresponding communication via the interface can essentially in any known manner, such as TCP / IP, Ethernet, via a fiber optic Connection and the like.
- the interface device can be used as an external or internal interface device a computer (PC) to be formed.
- Luminaire and / or control / monitoring device at least one status illuminant, in particular LED.
- a status can, for example, be integrity Operation of a luminaire, the performance of a test, a defect in the luminous means, a charging failure or a battery failure of the lamp or an improper Mark the charge status of the battery. Further status messages are conceivable.
- the computer may Control / monitoring device may be provided for the plurality of lights. This is connected via a corresponding interface with the lights on site.
- the screen The computer is used to visualize different functions, such as Distribution of luminaires, functional readiness of luminaires, malfunction the lights and the like. It can also directly such a computer read corresponding address codes from the lights to identify them.
- interface means the control / monitoring device according to Is arranged invention or computer and interface device, the control / monitoring device form.
- the interface device then takes over the quasi Communication between lights and computer, by this interface device then the address codes are read out and forwarded to the computer.
- the computer can still be responsible for other lighting systems that do not have this automatic address code generation and reading.
