Definitions
- the invention relates to a combined peeling and burnishing tool for machining cylindrical inner walls, in particular Bore walls, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such tools are used in particular for fine machining Hydraulic cylinders and cylinder tubes used.
- the elongated ones Tools include a peeling head, usually two Peeling knives and an axially behind the peeling head arranged Rolling head, with the entire tool in the process Bore is rotated.
- a tool is for example in German Offenlegungsschrift OS 264292.
- Such tools is common that individual parts such as the guide rails on the peeling head, the rolling cone at the burnishing head or even the rolling rollers themselves a high Wear subject. In this respect, it is to maintain the required high workpiece surface quality necessary, in periodically exchange the wear parts or set again to specified standard values.
- the object of the invention is the set-up time Such peel and burnishing tools to reduce and a to provide a higher level of user-friendliness.
- the tool is characterized by the fact that between peeling head and finish roll head a quick release device is arranged, that from an open to a closed operating position can be brought, wherein the peeling head in the open operating position, in particular in one piece and in the axial direction of Tool is removable. This ensures that by a few Handles access to wearing parts provided or The entire peeling head can be exchanged without much effort can.
- the invention is based on the idea of a conventional peel and Burnishing tool for machining cylindrical inner walls, in which the burnishing tool behind the peeling head is arranged, resulting in an elongated tool, that can be broken down only with a lot of time to to get wearing parts of the entire tool, thereby modify that with simple means to be solved clutch in the form of a quick release device between the peeling tool and the burnishing tool is provided.
- the quick release device can be provided be that the peeling and burnishing tool a take-up shaft has, which receives the roller burnishing head axially and with this for transmitting a torque in operative connection can be brought is, with the recording wave in the area of their peeling tool facing side, in particular facing the peeling tool End of the take-up shaft, having a first clamping means, which cooperates with a second clamping means, which is arranged on an adapter device, at least in sections Also absorbed axially by the take-up shaft and the adapter device via the clutch for enabling an axle shaft parallel offset or a rotational angle position between burnishing head and peeling head in operative connection to the Schlkopf stands.
- a particularly comfortable Design is characterized by the fact that the peeling head attached to the adapter device together with the coupling is so that the three parts after releasing the quick release device as a unit of the peel and invention Smoothing tool can be removed.
- the adapter device is a radially movable Having closure means and on the take-up shaft a Groove with radial depth includes, with which the closure means for releasable axial fixation of the adapter device the recording wave interacts.
- This groove can essentially be designed extending perpendicular to the axis, for example over a predetermined peripheral area of the take-up shaft. Of the Reason of the groove can be straight or curved be, so that in the latter a groove with predetermined radial Depth results.
- Closure means adapted to the specific shape of the groove, to the necessary axial fixation of the adapter device effect the recording wave.
- the adapter device also moments of this on the clutch and thus can be transferred to the peeling head is provided that the adapter device further with the take-up shaft for transmitting a torque in operative connection stands.
- This design can for example by providing a longitudinally extending to the axis of the take-up shaft key be realized, which in corresponding grooves on the take-up shaft and engages the adapter to transmit a torque.
- This design also has the advantage that with it the adapter device after releasing the quick release device by simply pulling it off axially from the take-up shaft can be separated.
- the adapter device has a radial Has bore in which a closure pin movable is guided, which is directed obliquely to the receiving shaft axis Contact surface having a groove wall of the take-up shaft cooperates to form a positive connection.
- This design allows that by the radial displacement of the locking bolt whose oblique bearing surface associated with the trained groove wall of the take-up shaft come to rest, thereby a predetermined axial fixation of the adapter relative to the take-up shaft, and an automatic axial adjustment the two parts can be achieved to each other.
- a radial outside in front of the locking bolt arranged threaded bolt in a arranged on the lateral surface of the radial bore Internal thread is screwed.
- the Threaded bolt itself brought into contact with the locking pin become.
- the threaded bolt itself has an internal thread, in particular centric is arranged to the axis of the threaded bolt, in the one Screw over the radial extent of the threaded bolt in Direction of the locking bolt is screwed until the screw comes into contact with the locking pin, causing the positive connection between the locking pin and the associated groove can be fixed in the take-up shaft.
- This special design moreover has the advantage that alone by loosening the screw in the threaded bolt the positive connection can be canceled between the adapter device and the take-up shaft is when the radial distance between the threaded bolt and the locking pin greater than the radial depth of the groove in the take-up shaft is, so that the locking pin radially completely from the associated with this groove on the take-up shaft is moved back.
- the clutch can provide a Axle shaft parallel offset and / or a rotational angle position the axes of the burnishing head and the peeling cutter head between be arranged the adapter device and the peeling head.
- the unit formed in this way can be made in one piece from the rest of the unit Tool are lifted, resulting in a particularly high User-friendliness and, for example, the Peeling head are completely replaced in one step can, what with conventional peeling and burnishing tools not possible.
- a particularly user-friendly radial adjustment device can be provided if necessary to convert a translational longitudinal displacement in the required translational Radial displacement is formed.
- a mechanically easily implementable design consists in a A wedge arrangement in which a wedge, on which at least one Guide rail supported, is arranged longitudinally displaceable, wherein the wedge has an axially extending wedge surface, so at an axial movement of the wedge which is supported on this Guide bar is designed to be radially movable. It understands itself that the designations "longitudinally or axially” and relate “radially” to the tool according to the invention.
- the guide rail means a fastener with a fixed part of Wedge assembly is connected and extends through a slot, so after loosening the fastener of the wedge axially displaceable while the fastener, in particular a screw with the associated guide rail axially immovable.
- the displacement of the wedge can be done manually simply by applying it an axial force can be performed. Especially advantageous However, it is when the wedge on a driver in operative connection with a longitudinal axis of the tool operable nut stands, for example, a fine thread can have.
- a fine thread can have.
- the burnishing head In order to achieve a radial adjustment of the dimension of the rolls in the burnishing head, for example, to compensate for wear permit, it can be provided that the burnishing head a Cone, on the outer surface of which roll the rollers, the latter being arranged in a roller cage, which is located radially above the cone.
- the change of the radial dimension of the rolls can now be provided by that the relative position of lateral surface and cone variable is formed so that the rollers on the cone axially are displaced, resulting in their radial dimension due to Conical design of the rolling surface changed.
- To change the relative position of the cone to the roll cage may be an adjustment with an adjusting nut to move be provided of the roller cage, wherein the adjusting nut is screwed onto an axial threaded flange for Setting an axial stop for the roller cage on the the adapter device side facing away.
- the set stop for the roller cage at Operation not changed can be a detachable thread clamp between the adjusting nut and the axial threaded flange provided be. It is expedient if the adjusting nut has a parallel to the axis extending slot. through a clamping means, for example in the form of a vertical through the slot passing screw can this Be narrowed so that the adjusting nut against the Threaded flange is clamped non-rotatably.
- the adapter device facing on the smooth-walled head Side a cylindrical, axially extending Flange having, of an inner, cylindrical lateral surface the cone is overlapped with the cone at the Adapter device for transmitting axial forces is applied.
- the arranged above the cone roller cage at least has a radial viewing port through which a visual Control of the rolling surface of the cone is enabled, i. which the view of serving for the rollers as a rolling surface outer surface of the cone releases.
- a special advantageous design can be provided thereby that several view openings over the circumference of the roller cage are distributed, wherein the totality of the viewing openings in the Extend substantially over the entire longitudinal dimension of the roller cage, so that the entire rolling surface of the rollers is visually inspected can be.
