Claims (22)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Filterstrangs der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie umfassend wenigstens ein Filtermaterial (14, 15) mit den folgenden Verfahrensschritten:Schmelzen wenigstens einer ersten Sorte Filtermaterial (14),Drücken der wenigstens einen ersten Sorte Filtermaterial (14) durch wenigstens eine Düse (10),Aufbringen der wenigstens einen ersten Sorte Filtermaterial (14) in Form von Fasern auf ein Förderelement (19), undFormen des Filterstrangs durch Fördern des Filtermaterials (14, 15) auf dem Förderelement (19) durch eine Formungsvorrichtung (22, 22').
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine zweite Sorte Filtermaterial (15) in Form von Pellets, Granulat und/oder Pulver der wenigstens einen ersten Sorte Filtermaterial im (14) Anschluss an das Herausdrücken aus der wenigstens einen Düse (10) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine zweite Sorte Filtermaterial (15) zu einem Zeitpunkt der wenigstens einen ersten Sorte Filtermaterial (14) zugeführt wird, an dem die erste Sorte Filtermaterial (14) ein Anhaften der zweiten Sorte Filtermaterial (15) ermöglicht.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine erste Sorte Filtermaterial (14) auf einen auf dem Förderelement (19) aufgebrachten Hüllmaterialstreifen (17) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zunächst eine Schicht (21) der wenigstens einen ersten Sorte Filtermaterial (14) aufgebracht wird.

- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anschließend eine Schicht (21') der wenigstens einen ersten Sorte Filtermaterials (14) aufgebracht wird, wodurch das weitere Filtermaterial (14, 15) im Wesentlichen vollständig von den Schichten (21, 21') umhüllt wird.

- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine zweite Sorte Filtermaterial (15) der wenigstens einen ersten Sorte Filtermaterial (14) auf dem Weg von der wenigstens einen Düse (10) zu dem Förderelement (19) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine zweite Sorte Filtermaterial (15) der wenigstens einen ersten Sorte Filtermaterial (14) zugeführt wird, nachdem die erste Sorte Filtermaterial (14) auf dem Förderelement (19) aufgebracht wurde.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Förderrichtung (18) des Förderelements (19) hintereinander mehrfach Filtermaterial (14, 15) erster und/oder zweiter Sorten aufgebracht wird.

- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Zuführvorrichtung (12, 28) für wenigstens eine zweite Sorte Filtermaterial (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Zuführvorrichtung (12, 28) ausgestaltet ist, um das Filtermaterial (15) der zweiten Sorte auf einen von den Düsen (10) austretenden Strahl Filtermaterials (14) der wenigstens einen ersten Sorte zu fördern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 15 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strangformungsvorrichtung (22, 22') wenigstens teilweise erwärmbar und/oder kühlbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Zigarettenfilters umfassend ein Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zigarettenfilter von dem Filterstrang abgelängt wird.
