Abstract

Elektromagnetisches Schaltelement, insbesondere ein Schütz, mit einer Spule (14), einem ortsfesten Joch (9) sowie einem Anker (8), der Schaltkontakte (16) trägt und zwischen einer ersten Schaltstellung, in der er vom Joch (9) beabstandet ist und einer zweiten Schaltstellung, in der er in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Joch (9) liegt, beweglich gehalten ist, und die Schaltkontakte (16) des Ankers (8) in diesen beiden Schaltstellungen mit ortsfesten Schaltkontakten (15) zusammenwirken, um unterschiedliche Schaltzustände zu verwirklichen, wobei der Anker (8) und das Joch (9) einander zugewandte Flächenabschnitte (10, 11, 12, 13) aufweisen, die sich in der zweiten Schaltstellung berühren oder annähernd berühren. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass zumindest einer dieser Flächenabschnitte (10) des Ankers (8) und der ihm zugewandte Flächenabschnitt (11) des Jochs (9) eine unterschiedliche Krümmung aufweisen.
