Claims (8)
- Werkzeug (20) zum spanabhebenden Bearbeiten von Lagerstellen (28) von Wellen (22), insbesondere Nockenwellen, mit einem an der Lagerstelle (28) anlegbaren Bearbeitungselement und insbesondere einem bezüglich der Lagerstelle (28) gegenüberliegenden Stützelement (70), wobei in Achsrichtung gesehen neben dem Bearbeitungselement ein Entgratwerkzeug (43) vorgesehen ist, welches die Stirnseite (56, 58) eines in Achsrichtung gesehen neben der Lagerstelle (28) angeordneten Wellenabschnitts gleichzeitig entgratet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entgratwerkzeug (43) an einem achsparallel zur Welle (22) verschieblichen Schlitten (44) befestigt ist, und der Schlitten (44) in Richtung des zu entgratenden Wellenabschnitts federkraftbeaufschlagt ist, und dass das Bearbeitungselement und das Entgratwerkzeug (43) am gleichen Werkzeughalter (32) vorgesehen sind und im Werkzeughalter (32) wenigstens ein das Entgratwerkzeug (43) tragender Schlitten (44) verschieblich im Werkzeughalter (32) gelagert ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungselement eine Schleifscheibe, ein Finishelement, z.B. ein Finishstein oder ein Finishband (26) mit einem Anpresselement, wie z.B. einem Bearbeitungsschuh (24), ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entgratwerkzeug (43) wenigstens einen radial zur Welle (22) ausgerichteten Entgratfinger (42) aufweist, der an der Stirnseite (56, 58) des zu entgratenden Wellenabschnitts anliegt.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Entgratfinger (42) unter Vorspannung an der Stirnseite (56, 58) des zu entgratenden Wellenabschnitts anliegt.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf beiden Seiten des Bearbeitungselements jeweils wenigstens ein Entgratwerkzeug (43) vorgesehen ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bearbeitungselement und das Entgratwerkzeug (43) in Achsrichtung der Welle (22) nebeneinander liegen.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (44) an Führungsdornen (38) geführt ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement ebenfalls ein Bearbeitungselement ist.
