Claims (6)
- Gelöteter Kondensator für eine Kraftfahrzeugklimaanlage mit einem aus Rohren mit Rohrenden und Rippen bestehenden Netz und mit beiderseits des Netzes angeordneten Sammelrohren, welche die Rohrenden aufnehmen und form- und stoffschlüssig befestige Halteelemente zur Abstützung oder Aufhängung des Kondensators aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteelemente (4, 9) zusätzlich als Halter für eine Kältemittelleitung (6, 11) des Kondensators (1) ausgebildet sind.
- Kondensator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halter (4, 9) und die Kältemittelleitung (6, 11) formschlüssig und stoffschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Kondensator nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halter (4) ein U-Profil mit zwei U-Schenkeln (4b, 4c) aufweisen, in welche Halbprofile (7) als Aussparung zur Aufnahme und Verlötung der Kältemittelleitung (6) eingearbeitet sind.
- Kondensator nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (4, 9) eine Befestigungsöffnung (5, 10) aufweist, wobei die Kältemittelleitung (6, 11) zwischen Sammelrohr (2, 8) und Befestigungsöffnung (5, 10) angeordnet ist.
- Kondensator nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kältemittelleitung (6, 11) parallel zum Sammelrohr (2, 8) angeordnet ist.
- Kondensator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Teile des Kondensators einschließlich Haltern (4, 9) und Kältemittelleitungen (6, 11) in einem Arbeitsgang lötbar sind.
