Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cover for a container opening, with a flexible web, one end of a first edge of the opening toward a second edge of the opening is movable to close the opening with the web, the web in at least a container opening which completely or partially concealing position can be locked, and wherein at the first end of the flexible web movable across the opening, the first end of a flexible web flexible tension element is attached.
Covers for container openings, e.g. Transport container for the various components of the automotive industry, known in which a flexible web, for example made of plastic material is stretched to a curtain in front of the container opening, the to transporting objects are housed in individual compartments of the container, which is usually also be formed of flexible fabric or plastic sheets. For easy opening and Closing the container opening will generally make the second end of the flexible Web attached to a rotatable roller in the manner of a roller blind, so that the remaining part of the flexible Web can be wound on the roller. In most cases, the roller is at the upper end arranged the container opening. Recently, the usual transport containers are always higher become without a stack of stacks of containers the space available in transport trucks better to use and to allow easy loading with forklifts or pallet trucks. The rollers and the free first ends of the flexible webs in the wound state may then be at a height above the tank bottom, that of normal grown Persons can not be reached even with outstretched arms.
In order to allow easy unrolling, are vertically movable from the prior art Covers known in which at the first, lower end of the flexible web, the one end of a Tension element is attached, as is known from conventional window blinds. It will in the following the term traction element used for loops, cords or track sections, the starting from one end of the flexible web or hanging down and all of them are suitable are to pull the flexible web down or generally across the container opening.
These known from the prior art tension elements have at least up to just over the bottom reaching openings have the disadvantage that they after closing the container opening rest with the flexible sheet on the floor or the bottom of the container, so that they one are subjected to heavy pollution and increased wear.
The present invention is based on this prior art object, a To provide a pulling element for a cover for a container opening, which closes the Container opening without the aforementioned disadvantages allowed.
This object is achieved by the device according to the invention characterized in that a cover is provided for a container opening with the features mentioned, in which the Tension element with its first end to the movable over the opening end of the flexible Web and with its second end at or near the edge of the container opening is attached to the container, the first end of the flexible web in the open state next.
Without limitation intentions in the following special embodiments and advantages of Device according to the invention discussed by way of examples, in which the cover over a lateral opening of a container is moved substantially in the vertical direction. A corresponding generalization of the terms "top" and "bottom" to "right" and "left" or "front" and "rear" is obvious for professionals.
Such a device is advantageous because it avoids excessive length of the tension member and in the case of the vertical opening prevents the second end of the tension element on the Floor or the bottom of the container comes to rest.
Suitably, an embodiment of the invention, wherein the second end of the flexible web to a rotatable roller is attached, wherein the flexible web is wound on the roller. So will Prevents the flexible web with open container opening during loading and unloading in the work area gets damaged and damaged.
Alternatively, however, could also be the second end of the flexible web by means of a pulling device after above and behind along the top of the container and down along the back be guided and pulled to pull the first end of the web in the opening direction.
Preferred is an embodiment of the invention in which the tension element is a strip of a flexible Train or alternatively a cord is.
Particularly preferred is an embodiment in which the tension element is essentially a Length has the width of the container opening (in the direction of movement of the cover), in a vertical movable cover so the distance from the top to the bottom of the Container opening, corresponds. If the flexible web is completely wound up, the tension element hangs down to about half the height of the container opening. Even if the container opening completely is closed with the flexible web, the tension element is not on the ground at this length the container or on the floor and is therefore neither a pollution nor a subjected to increased wear.
Appropriately, the second end of the tension element is attached to the container inside. So it runs even with completely closed container opening in the interior of the container and can z. B. damaged during loading of the container or demolished.
It proves to be advantageous embodiment of the invention, in which the roller with a torsion spring is biased so that the flexible web is spring-driven wound up. The train must be at this Embodiment be pulled down against the force of the spring, but the web is spring-wound wound on the roller as soon as the web or the tension element released becomes.
It is advantageous if at least one latch is provided on the container, with the the web, preferably the first end of the flexible web, can be fixed. Will the flexible web against pulled down the force of the torsion spring, she would without a lock back to snap up. The lock keeps the web in a closed state so that the The web extends tightly in front of the container opening.
Preferred is an embodiment of the invention wherein at the first end of the flexible web a substantially rigid or flexible rod is mounted parallel to the lower edge of the web. This rod biases the flexible web evenly when pulling on the tension member. It is expedient if the lock is designed such that they each have a hook-shaped receptacle is formed on each side of the container opening, with which the rod at the first end of the flexible Rail is engageable. After pulling down the web, only the two ends of the Rod at the lower end of the flexible web to be engaged with the two hooks to close the container opening.
To ensure the best possible coverage of the container opening is an embodiment advantageous for the invention, in each case provided on each side of the container opening a side guide in which the flexible web or elements attached to it are guided. The side guides Prevent dirt or moisture from entering the sides of the container opening Container penetrates. In addition, falling out of objects from the container during of transport prevented.

In Fig. 1, the front view of a
The cover consists in the embodiment shown of a flexible sheet 3,
that is strong enough to effectively cover the container against dirt and moisture
Provide while flexible enough to roll on a
stabilisieren. As can be seen in Fig. 2, at the lower loose end of the cover 3, a rod 8 or a
Rod attached, which extends over the entire width of the cover and a piece over this
protrudes to engage in the
In the embodiment shown, the
The well-recognizable in Fig. 2
