Die Seitenwände 8; 9 sind mit Führungselementen 14; 15 und Anschlägen 16; 17 ausgestaltet, mittels derer das Farbwerk 1, nicht näher dargestellt, an in Seitenwänden des Druckwerkes angeordnete Führungenselemente und/oder Arretierungselemente oder Positioniervorrichtungen einschiebbar und lagegerecht anordbar ist. Das Farbwerk 1 ist mit seinen Führungselementen 14; 15 und seinen Anschlägen 16; 17, nicht näher dargestellt, beispielsweise an eine Aufnahmevorrichtung verbringbar, welche im Druckwerk oder an einer außerhalb des Druckwerkes befindlichen Vorrichtung zur Durchführung von Test-, Reparatur- und/oder Servicearbeiten angeordnet ist. Die Aufnahmevorrichtung kann, wie bereits in der älteren Patentanmeldung
Das Farbwerk 1 kann mit seinen Führungselementen 14; 15 und seinen Anschlägen 16; 17 zusätzlich gegen an der Aufnahmevorrichtung angeordnete Positioniervorrichtungen verbracht werden. Diese Positioniervorrichtung kann, nicht näher dargestellt, mit einer Verriegelung ausgestaltet sein.
Mit der Positioniervorrichtung wird das Farbwerk 1 in eine zu den Druckzylindern korrekte Lageposition verbracht bzw. diese korrekte Lageposition gesichert. Zwischen den Seitenwänden 8; 9 ist der Farbkasten 18 und ein Anschlagelement 19 angeordnet. Das Anschlagelement 19 ist stirnseitig mit Rollenelementen 20; 21 ausgestaltet. Am Anschlagelement 19 und/oder seinen Rollenelementen 20, 21 kann, nicht näher dargestellt, eine bodengebundene und/oder krangebundene Vorrichtung zum Transport des Farbwerkes 1 angeordnet werden. Die Montage bzw. Demontage des Farbwerkes 1 kann bis auf die Verwendung der Transportvorrichtung, bedingt durch das hohe Gewicht des Farbwerkes 1, werkzeuglos erfolgen. Zur Demontage des Farbwerkes 1 muss, falls eine Verriegelung der Anschläge 16; 17 an der Positioniervorrichtung erfolgte, eine Entriegelung der Anschläge 16, 17 mittels einer Entriegelung 22; 23 durchgeführt werden.

Über die Schnittstellen 27 können auch Farbversorgungsanlagen und/oder Feuchmittelversorgungsanlagen mit dem Farbwerk 1 verbunden werden. Über die elektrischen Schnittstellen 28 sind insbesondere die Energieversorgung und die Maschinensteuerung mit dem Farbwerk 1 bzw. mit den im Farbwerk 1 integrierten Antrieben 24 bis 26 verbunden.
