Abstract
Description
- Les outils manuels actuels nécessitent, lors de leur utilisation, que l'opérateur passe d'un côté à l'autre du rail, pour agir soit sur une attache intérieure, soit sur une attache extérieure. A ceci s'ajoute le fait que ces outils possèdent un bras de commande assez long, pour permettre à l'opérateur d'exercer la force adéquate, selon le principe de levier desdits outils. Il en résulte que l'opérateur se place, une fois sur deux, entre les deux rails de la voie ferrée concernée, mais aussi une fois sur deux à l'extérieur de ces rails. S'il s'agit de travaux effectués sur une voie ferrée double ou multiple, l'opérateur sort ainsi du gabarit de la voie à traiter, et il s'engage dans le gabarit de la voie ferrée contiguë, ce qui est une situation dangereuse du point de vue de la sécurité des personnes, puisque des circulations de trains peuvent avoir lieu sur cette voie ferrée contiguë (même si la voie ferrée à traiter est évidemment neutralisée).
- Les outils manuels existants sont des outils spécialisés pour une seule tâche, c'est-à-dire des outils qui permettent seulement l'insertion, ou seulement l'extraction des attaches. Il faut donc disposer de deux types distincts d'outils, et les utiliser alternativement selon que l'on doit procéder à une opération d'insertion ou à une opération d'extraction d'une attache.
- En raison de leur principe de fonctionnement purement mécanique, avec levier, les outils manuels actuels restent d'une utilisation pénible, tout en ne procurant, dans un même mouvement de commande, qu'une course de travail limitée. Or il est souhaitable de pouvoir positionner les attaches en différentes positions par rapport au rail, ce qui oblige au minimum à changer la partie active de l'outil pour atteindre ces différentes positions, et peut rendre nécessaire le changement d'outil complet pour répondre à tous les cas de positionnement rencontrés dans la pratique.
- un corps principal,
- une partie active, prévue pour coopérer avec une attache à insérer ou à extraire, la partie active étant montée mobile sous le corps principal,
- au sommet du corps principal, une tête ou partie tournante, orientable autour d'un axe sensiblement vertical,
- un organe de commande manuelle, tel qu'une barre de poussée, monté ou montable sur la tête ou partie tournante et s'étendant sur le côté de cette tête ou partie tournante,
- une transmission multiplicatrice de force, entre l'organe de commande manuelle et la partie active,
- Qu'il s'agisse d'effectuer une opération d'insertion ou d'extraction pour une attache intérieure ou pour une attache extérieure, la tête tournante de l'outil peut toujours être orientée, avec l'organe de commande tel que barre de poussée, vers la zone située entre les deux rails de la voie ferrée en travaux, de sorte que l'opérateur soit toujours posté entre ces deux rails, donc dans le gabarit de la voie ferrée sur laquelle il travaille, et non dans le gabarit d'une voie ferrée contiguë, ce qui améliore notablement les conditions de sécurité.
- L'outil manuel objet de l'invention permet d'effectuer indifféremment les deux opérations d'insertion et d'extraction des attaches, sans changement d'outil, simplement en tournant cet outil manuel du bon côté pour que la partie active trouve sa bonne position d'utilisation, et bien entendu en conservant les conditions de sécurité pour l'opérateur, comme expliqué ci-dessus.
- Dans sa forme d'exécution préférentielle, l'outil manuel objet de l'invention fonctionne non pas sur le seul principe du levier mécanique, mais avec une assistance hydraulique, ce qui réduit considérablement la pénibilité du travail de l'opérateur, pour une même force exercée sur la partie active de l'outil. En particulier, la disposition axiale de la pompe permet d'actionner celle-ci de manière adaptée, quelle que soit l'orientation donnée (pour le respect des conditions de sécurité) à la partie tournante et à l'organe de commande tel que barre de poussée.
- De plus, l'assistance hydraulique procure à la partie active de l'outil une course plus importante, qui permet de positionner les attaches dans différentes positions par rapport au rail, ceci dans le même mouvement, sans nécessité de changer la partie active de l'outil, ou même l'outil complet, pour atteindre ces différentes positions.
- en modifiant les formes de détail des différentes parties de l'outil manuel ;
- en remplaçant l'assistance hydraulique à l'actionnement de la came d'insertion par une assistance de type pneumatique, ou une assistance mécanique notamment avec un dispositif de démultiplication à cliquet ou tout autre genre de système d'assistance, capable d'amplifier l'effort manuel initial exercé par l'opérateur ;
- en adaptant l'outil manuel, notamment sa came d'insertion et ses plaques extérieures à griffes, à tous types et dimensions d'attaches, de supports d'attaches et de rails.
Claims (8)
- Outil manuel pour l'insertion et l'extraction d'attaches de rails, en particulier pour la pose et la dépose d'attaches élastiques, intérieures ou extérieures, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en combinaison :un corps principal (3, 4),une partie active (9, 9a), prévue pour coopérer avec une attache (30 ; 31) à insérer ou à extraire, la partie active (9, 9a) étant montée mobile sous le corps principal (3, 4),au sommet du corps principal (3, 4), une tête ou partie tournante (4, 4b), orientable autour d'un axe (A) sensiblement vertical,un organe de commande manuelle, tel qu'une barre de poussée (27), monté ou montable sur la tête ou partie tournante (4, 4b) et s'étendant sur le côté de cette tête ou partie tournante (4b),une transmission multiplicatrice de force, entre l'organe de commande manuelle (27) et la partie active (9, 9a),
- Outil manuel selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps principal comprend, d'une part, un bloc de base (3) logeant un vérin hydraulique (5, 6, 7) dont l'élément mobile (6) est lié (en 8) à la partie active (9, 9a), prévue pour coopérer avec l'attache (30 ; 31) à insérer ou à extraire, et d'autre part, une partie tournante (4) qui surmonte le bloc de base (3) et qui renferme une centrale hydraulique avec réservoir d'huile (14) et pompe (17), en relation avec le vérin hydraulique (5, 6, 7), la partie tournante (4) étant pourvue à son sommet d'une tête (4b) munie d'un dispositif d'actionnement manuel (21) de la pompe (17), avec un organe de commande manuelle tel que barre de poussée (27), et avec des éléments de transmission (22, 23) entre cet organe de commande et l'élément mobile (19) de la pompe (17).
- Outil manuel selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le vérin hydraulique comprend un cylindre fixe (5), logé dans le bloc de base (3) du corps principal, et un piston coulissant (6) qui possède une extrémité extérieure sur laquelle est fixée (en 8), de manière démontable et interchangeable, la partie active (9, 9a).
- Outil manuel selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la partie active de cet outil est une came d'insertion (9), coopérant avec l'attache (30 ; 31) à insérer ou à extraire par une extrémité (9a) pliée à angle droit vers le bas, la came d'insertion (9) étant montée coulissante entre deux plaques extérieures (11) à griffes, fixées latéralement de part et d'autre du bloc de base (3).
- Outil manuel selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'actionnement manuel (21) est réalisé avec un levier (22) mobile dans un plan sensiblement vertical, dont un bras (22a) est prévu pour recevoir l'organe de commande manuelle tel que barre de poussée (27), et dont un point (23) est lié à un piston plongeur (19) d'une pompe (17) disposée sensiblement verticalement, dans l'axe (A) de la partie tournante (4).
- Outil manuel selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un autre point (24) du levier (22) est relié de façon articulée, par l'intermédiaire d'une bielle (25), à la tête (4b) de la partie tournante (4).
- Outil manuel selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la partie tournante (4) du corps principal est évidée de manière à délimiter, avec la face supérieure du bloc de base (3), un volume cylindrique constituant le réservoir d'huile (14).
- Outil manuel selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la base de la partie tournante (4) forme une collerette (4a) montée tournante au sommet du bloc de base (3), en forme de couronne (3a), où elle est retenue par une bride annulaire (15), un joint d'étanchéité (16) du genre joint tournant étant inséré entre la collerette (4a) et la couronne supérieure (3a) du bloc de base (3).
