Claims (14)

  1. Procédé d'emballage de bouquets de fleurs (F) dans des manchons (S), dans lequel des bouquets de fleurs sont tour à tour acheminés par un transporteur d'alimentation (1), emballés par différents appareils d'emballage (3) et évacués, caractérisé en ce que les bouquets de fleurs sont distribués du transporteur d'alimentation via les différents appareils d'emballage sur la base de signaux provenant de capteurs qui sont positionnés dans différentes positions pour détecter la présence ou l'absence de bouquets de fleurs à ces positions, dans lequel chaque bouquet de fleurs est transféré du transporteur d'alimentation (1), à un transporteur tampon (8) d'un desdits appareils d'emballage qui s'étend de manière transversale au transporteur d'alimentation de sorte à recevoir le bouquet de fleurs et à l'amener en prise avec un moyen d'introduction (10) de l'appareil d'emballage, qui insère le bouquet de fleurs (F) dans un manchon (S).
  2. Ligne de fleurs permettant de faire et d'emballer des bouquets de fleurs (F) dans des manchons (S), comprenant,
    un transporteur d'alimentation (1) permettant d'amener des bouquets de fleurs devant être emballés,
    un transporteur d'évacuation principal (4) destiné à évacuer les bouquets de fleurs emballés,
    au moins deux appareils (3) servant à emballer des paquets de fleurs dans des manchons,
    caractérisé
    en ce que chaque appareil d'emballage comprend un transporteur tampon (8) s'étendant de manière transversale au transporteur d'alimentation (1) pour recevoir un bouquet de fleurs du transporteur d'alimentation et l'amener en prise avec un moyen d'introduction (10) de l'appareil d'emballage, qui insère le bouquet de fleurs (F) dans un manchon (S),
    en ce que des moyens de distribution (2) sont reliés au transporteur d'alimentation (1) et aux appareils (3) pour distribuer des bouquets de fleurs aux transporteurs tampon (8) des appareils,
    en ce que des capteurs sont positionnés le long de la ligne pour détecter la présence ou l'absence de bouquets de fleurs à des positions prédéfinies, et
    en ce qu'une unité de traitement centrale est reliée aux capteurs, transporteurs (1, 4), appareils (3) et moyens de distribution (2) et est adaptée pour contrôler les moyens de distribution (2) en fonction des signaux provenant des capteurs.
  3. Ligne de fleurs selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle le moyen de distribution (2) comprend des courroies télescopiques (2a, 2b, 2c), un pour chaque appareil (3a, 3b, 3c), de sorte que les courroies télescopiques peuvent se déplacer d'une position étendue, dans laquelle les courroies télescopiques sont reliées les unes aux autres et les bouquets de fleurs sont acheminés via les courroies télescopiques en une position rétractée dans laquelle le bouquet de fleurs est évacué vers l'appareil correspondant.

  6. Appareil d'emballage de bouquets de fleurs (F) dans des manchons (S) comprenant :
    un moyen de retenue (15) permettant de maintenir un manchon (S) dans une position ouverte pour introduire un bouquet de fleurs (F),
    un moyen d'introduction (10) conçu pour maintenir le bouquet de fleurs au moins temporairement, ledit moyen d'introduction pouvant être entraîné pour insérer le moyen d'introduction avec le bouquet de fleurs dans le manchon,
    caractérisé en ce que un transporteur tampon (8) dont le sens de transport est essentiellement parallèle à celui du moyen d'introduction (10), et la position relative du transporteur tampon (8) et du moyen d'introduction (10) est telle que le transporteur tampon est capable de mettre en prise un bouquet de fleurs (F) avec le moyen d'introduction.
  7. Appareils selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le transporteur tampon (8) est un transporteur à courroie en forme d'auge.
  8. Appareil de préférence selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel le moyen d'introduction (10) est un élément de support allongé (11) adapté pour supporter le bouquet de fleurs (F) pendant l'introduction et étant équipé de moyens de saisie (12) à proximité de son extrémité regardant le moyen de retenue (15).
  9. Appareil selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le moyen d'introduction (10) est supporté de manière mobile en-dessous du transporteur tampon (8).
  10. Appareil selon la revendication 8 ou 9, comprenant des moyens d'alignement (13), par exemple des éléments pouvant se déplacer de manière latérale, positionnés près de l'endroit où les moyens de saisie (12) sont positionnés lorsqu'ils sont mis en prise avec le bouquet de fleurs (F).

Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 13, comprenant une table (14) permettant de supporter une pile de manchons (S), ladite table pouvant se déplacer dans le sens vertical de manière à maintenir une hauteur essentiellement constante du haut de la pile, dans lequel la table (14) est de préférence adaptée pour des manchons (S) ayant chacun une bande de maintien (H) au niveau de leur l'extrémité d'ouverture, à partir de laquelle le manchon (S) est séparé après introduction d'un bouquet de fleurs (F) à l'intérieur, ladite table (14) présentant de préférence un élément de serrage (18) permettant de serrer la pile de bandes de maintien (H), ledit élément de serrage (18) étant adapté pour enlever une pile de bandes de maintien à partir de laquelle les manchons (S) ont été utilisés, ledit élément de serrage (18) étant de préférence un élément semblable à un vilebrequin qui est rotatif et peut se déplacer dans le sens vertical.
