Claims (5)

  1. Valve arrangement comprising a base body (2) for mounting at an opening of a container, hose or the like, that is to be closed, wherein the base body has a through passage (3) with axial ends and a first valve seating (9) is provided close to one axial end of the through passage, a valve element (4) held by the base body, said valve element having axial ends and a second valve seating (8) which is close to one of the axial ends and which can be brought into sealing engagement with the first valve seating in order to close the through passage, wherein the valve element is movable relative to the base body, limited by stops, between a closing position and a releasing position, and a plunger element (13) which can be introduced into the through passage at its other axial end, said plunger element having first coupling means (12) for releasable engagement with second coupling means (11) on the valve element, in order to move the valve element at least from the closing position to the releasing position and preferably also from the releasing position to the closing position, wherein the base body and the valve element are separate moulded parts, characterised in that a shaft region (5) of the valve element (4) extends through an outlet (24) which is delimited by stop arms (16) extending inwardly from the inner peripheral wall of the through passage (3), the open diameter d of said outlet being larger than the radial dimension of the shaft region and smaller than that of a shoulder surface (18) of the valve element, so that, on movement of the valve element into the releasing position, the shoulder surface can be brought into engagement with the stop arms in movement limiting manner, wherein the stop arms are configured elastically yielding out of the movement limiting rest position under a force exerted in a direction opposing the movement direction of the valve element into the releasing position.
  2. Valve arrangement according to claim 1, characterised in that a thickened end region (7) is provided on the shaft region (5) of the valve element (4) close to its other axial end, said end region also comprising the second coupling means (11).
  3. Valve arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the second valve seating (9) on a thickened end region (6) close to one axial end of the valve element (4) is provided with a radial dimension that is larger than that of the outlet (24) and of a or the thickened end region (7) of the valve element close to its other axial end.
  4. Valve arrangement according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that at least one pair of diametrically opposing stop arms (16) is provided.
  5. Valve arrangement according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the valve element (4) is arranged within the axial and peripheral limits of the through passage (3).
