Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ventilanordnung, bestehend aus einem Basiskörper zur Montage an einer zu verschliessenden Öffnung eines Behälters, Schlauches oder dgl.The invention relates to a valve arrangement, consisting of a base body for mounting on an opening to be closed a container, hose or the like.
Sie betrifft insbesondere eine Ventilanordnung, die das Einführen und/oder die Entnahme eines flüssigen, gasförmigen oder pulvrigen Fluids in bzw. aus einem Behälter oder Beutel mittels eines von aussen betätigbaren Stössels oder einer Nadel ermöglicht, die mit einem Schlauch oder dgl. verbunden sein können, durch den das Fluid zu- bzw. abgeführt werden kann. Durch die Erfindung soll demgegenüber eine Ventilanordnung der eingangs erwähnten Art mit zuverlässiger Dichtfunktion geschaffen werden, die robust ist und sich leicht baulich minimieren lässt. Gleichzeitig ist die Ventilanordnung weniger störanfällig gegenüber äusseren Einflüssen als die eingangs erwähnten bekannten Anordnungen, da keine vorstehenden Teil vorhanden sind, an denen sich beim Entleeren eines Behälters dessen Wandteile anlegen können. Die wesentlichen Aufbauteile der Ventilanordnung, nämlich deren Basiskörper und Ventilelement, stellen wirtschaftlich zu fertigende Kunststoffformteile dar. Obschon die Erfindung nachfolgend in Verbindung mit der Abdichtung eines Rohres beschrieben wird, in das die Ventilanordnung nach Art eines Stopfens eingesetzt und z.B. durch Presssitz dichtend gehalten sein kann, ist die Erfindung auf diese Anwendung nicht beschränkt. Vielmehr kann die Ventilanordnung auch in anderer Weise, insbesondere als Einschweissteil zum Einsetzen in eine schlitzförmige Öffnung eines Behälters aus folienartigem Material ausgebildet sein, wobei sie mit dem Folienmaterial des Behälters durch Schweissen oder in einer anderen geeigneten Weise dicht verbunden sein kann.
