Description
- L'invention se rattache au secteur technique des machines portatives à meuler et aux disques abrasifs s'y adaptant.
- Selon l'art antérieur, représenté
figure 1 , la machine portative à meuler, à abraser, comprend, en bout de la partie motrice, une cloche (1) avec une ouverture axiale pour le passage d'un axe d'entraînement (non représenté). Cette cloche présente, sur sa périphérie, une rangée de poils (2) d'étanchéité venant en appui sur la partie de matériau à meuler. La cloche présente, sur sa face arrière (1a), un conduit (1b) permettant la fixation d'un flexible d'aspiration, non représenté, et des moyens en saillies (1c) pour l'ancrage de la machine électroportative. La cloche reçoit un premier sous-ensemble (A) incluant une galette en mousse (3) et un disque (4) dont la face apparente (4a) est réalisée avec des moyens auto-agrippant du type de ceux connus sous la marque VELCRO, ladite face apparente constituant la partie mâle de la fixation. La liaison du disque et de la galette s'effectue par une couche de colle (5) disposée régulièrement en faisant interface entre le disque et la galette. - Le second sous-ensemble (B) qui est rapporté et fixé sur le premier sous-ensemble est constitué par le disque abrasif (6) lui-même qui est fixé également par collage (7) selon une couche appropriée sur un disque (8) dont la face apparente (8a) est constituée par des moyens auto-agrippant du type VELCRO en constituant la partie femelle de la fixation. Ladite partie (8a) vient ainsi se solidariser par accrochage au premier sous-ensemble (A) à la partie mâle (4a) formée sur le disque (4). Les deux sous-ensembles (A-B) se trouvent ainsi à l'intérieur de la cloche précitée. On a représenté,
figure 1 , cet ensemble, selon l'art antérieur. - Le problème posé réside dans l'évacuation des particules abrasives et des matières qui apparaissent de par le fonctionnement de la machine. On constate, en effet, une certaine difficulté à leur évacuation, la couche de colle (7) faisant office de barrière d'étanchéité.
- On connaît, par le
brevet EP n° 1.177.861 , le concept de réaliser des perforations sur une bande abrasive en continu, ces perforations étant établies sur une partie de l'épaisseur de la bande sans effet d'évacuation des particules abrasives, les conditions d'intervention étant différentes de l'objet de l'invention. - On connaît par le
brevet US 5 810 650 un disque abrasif selon le préambule de la revendication 1. - Le but recherché, selon l'invention, était donc de remédier au problème posé précité en recherchant une solution simple à mettre en oeuvre.
- Selon une première caractéristique, le dispositif intègre la caractéristique de la revendication 1.
- Ces caractéristiques et d'autres encore ressortiront bien de la suite de la description.
- Pour fixer l'objet de l'invention illustré d'une manière non limitative aux figures des dessins où :
- la
figure 1 est une vue, selon l'art antérieur, d'un ensemble d'une cloche adaptable sur machine électroportative à meuler ou à abraser incluant le disque abrasif. - la
figure 2 est une vue des composants, selon l'invention, adaptables de la cloche précitée. - la
figure 3 est une vue en coupe selon lafigure 2 , ligne A.A de celle-ci. - la
figure 4 est une vue partielle à grande échelle illustrant la partie discale abrasive. - la
figure 5 est une vue partielle en coupe illustrant l'évacuation des particules. - Afin de rendre plus concret l'objet de l'invention, on le décrit maintenant d'une manière non limitative illustrée aux figures des dessins.
- L'invention vise à réaliser, de manière nouvelle, le deuxième sous-ensemble qui inclut le disque abrasif.
- Ce sous-ensemble (C) comprend une partie discale abrasive (10), constituée en corindon ou autres matériaux, présentant sur sa surface abrasive (10a) une multitude de micro-perforations (10b). Cette partie abrasive est solidarisée par une couche de colle (11) à une partie sous-jacente (12) réalisée en tissu non tissé présentant une certaine épaisseur, faisant office de moyen de filtration. Les micros perforations (10b) établies sur la partie abrasive, traversent intégralement la couche de colle (11) et débouchent dans l'épaisseur (e) de la partie seconde (12) en tissu non tissé.
- En outre, et comme représenté
figure 5 , les micros perforations (10b), établies sous forme d'un poinçonnage de la surface abrasive, déforment celles-ci et constituent des puits d'air d'aspiration, les particules et poussières passant obligatoirement par les puits. Lorsque l'aspiration est arrêtée, les particules abrasées tombent naturellement par l'effet de la pesanteur. Ainsi, par cette structure, l'évacuation des particules et poussière, à travers le filtre constitué, se fait par aspiration latérale de par la conception de la cloche (1) associée à la machine électroportative. - Cette disposition particulière permet ainsi une meilleure prise en charge des particules des matières meulées et abrasées qui traversent ainsi la couche de tissu non tissé (12), faisant office de filtre, pour être évacuées latéralement par aspiration. La couche de tissu non tissé (12) est ainsi fixée et accrochée avec la partie mâle (4a) auto-agrippante en forme de crochets du disque (4) associé à la galette (3) en mousse pour assurer le maintien de l'ensemble.
- Selon une disposition avantageuse, représentée
figure 4 , l'abrasif en corindon est maintenu par une imprégnation de latex colloïdal (10c) qui constitue un enduit très fin et dont la propriété et fonction, outre de maintenir les grains abrasifs, est de faire glisser plus facilement les particules abrasées. Cette imprégnation (10c) constitue ainsi un enduit anti-encrassant. - Par la disposition nouvelle et originale de l'invention, outre la meilleure évacuation des particules des matières abrasées et meulées, on a constaté une plus grande longévité du disque abrasif (10) lui-même. La profondeur des ouvertures formées par les micros perforations (10b) dans la partie disque abrasive permet une aération complète du sous-ensemble (c) et donc évite un encrassage de la partie abrasive (10) elle-même, permettant ainsi une plus grande longévité.
- Les avantages ressortent bien de l'invention. On souligne la simplicité de celle-ci et sa mise en oeuvre rapide et la meilleure qualité de l'aspiration des particules et une grande longévité améliorée du disque abrasif.
Claims (1)
- Dispositif intégrant un disque abrasif pour machine électroportative à meuler du type comprenant une partie discale abrasive (10) présentant sur sa surface abrasive (10a) une multitude de micro-perforations (10b), ladite partie abrasive étant solidarisée par une couche de colle (11) à une partie sous-jacente (12) réalisée en tissu non tissé, faisant office de moyen de filtration, les autres micro-perforations traversant intégralement la couche de colle et débouchant dans l'épaisseur de la partie seconde (12) en tissu non tissé, l'ensemble permettant la diffusion et évacuation des particules des matières meulées et abrasées, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif intègre le disque abrasif dans la partie intérieure d'une cloche (1) solidaire de ladite machine électroportative, ladite cloche recevant un premier sous-ensemble (A) incluant une galette en mousse et un disque (4) dont la face apparente est réalisée avec des moyens auto-agrippant et constituant la partie mâle de la fixation, une couche de colle (5) assurant la liaison du disque (4) et de la galette,
en ce que la couche de tissu non tissé (12) constituant la partie femelle de la fixation se fixe et s'accroche à la partie mâle (4a) auto-agrippante en forme de crochets du disque (4) associé à la galette (3) pour assurer le maintien de l'ensemble,
et en ce que le dispositif autorise l'évacuation latérale des poussières,
et en ce que l'abrasif en corindon est maintenu par une imprégnation en latex colloïdal (10c) qui constitue un enduit très fin et qui, outre la fonction de maintenir les grains abrasifs, autorise le glissement des particules abrasées,
et en ce que les micro-perforations (10b) établies sous forme d'un poinçonnage de la surface abrasive déforment celles-ci et constituent des puits d'air d'aspiration.
